What's up fellow ADBZers, it's me [insert whichever character I am that month].
As some of you may or may not know, I'm a personal trainer. I train people in person, and I train people online. I'm a regular ol' Master Roshi, only I can't grow decent facial hair, I'm not insanely old and I can't promise that I'll be able to teach you the Kamehameha wave.
If those things aren't enough to put you off, and you're looking to improve your health, physical fitness, or generally challenge yourself, then feel free to get in touch and I'd be happy to talk to you about how I can help, and how online training works, because the commute from the UK to wherever you are is too far.
