I didn't have any luck getting back into Garou, but lets try again with Gohan.

Got enough money for a wata, so can just cash that out if that's okay? Otherwise I'll do it in an update when this gets looked at. I don't remember if there were any special rules for hybrid canons regarding racial perks but assuming I get to pick, the human perk for alliance size and the saiyan perk for transformations I suppose.
