The entry booth was quaint and nothing like the grand tournament sign ups that he was used to in the past. A small table with a half-stack of white paper and a ordinary grey stone as a weight holder to prevent the wind from whisking the applications away into the streets.

"Are you here for the Speed Dating?" a woman's voice called out from behind the black top folding table. Her blonde hair was held up and tied in a simplistic knot, but stray golden strands lay across her forehead. With elegant gusto she thrust a blank application in Goku's direction. "Fill this out and return it to me," she said with a soft smile as a pencil followed in her other hand.

"Huh? Oh, okay. I guess this is the right place. Thanks!" He first muttered to himself, then spoke directly to the woman as he accepted her offerings.

I've never heard of a tournament called 'dating' before...hopefully it's fun.

Putting the pen to paper, Goku quickly filled out the name field, but paused at the next question. Zodiac sign? What was that? The Saiyan tapped the pen against his knuckle a few times and nodded before the answer came to him. Kamehameha. of course!

"Huh. I guess I'm not opposed to fighting women too. If they're powerful enough to enter, then they would be worth sparring with," he said softly as he marked male and female for the next question. "I sure hope there's a lot of guys here," he added.

On the opposite end of the table, the blonde woman stared at Goku with eyes wide at the unintentional eavesdropping of the conversation he was having. His pen scribbling across the paper as he finished out the remaining answers with a child-like eagerness, she pondered for a moment if he was messing with her. After another moment of writing to complete the application, the pen was set against the table and he stood straight up. He seemed serious enough.

"Done!" Goku said as he handed in the paper. "I guess I'll be back when the rest of the guys get here!"
