In contrast and yet similarly, Rotwang's mother was born into and is the highest leader of the "Yamaguchi" group of ultra-wealthy and highly influential yakuza located in the eastern hemisphere of “Planet Earth”.
At some point in the recent past, Rotwang’s parents and their respective retinues had moved to the location on “Planet Earth” which had been serving as the HQ for the “Capsule Corp” business conglomerate in search of expanding their influence in the political, economic, and even military spheres of the society therein. It was there that he met Rotwang’s mother while out on a business meeting and eventually, the two grew quite close and eventually decided to be united as a married couple. After that, in due course, Rotwang was brought into the world, and he was fortunate enough to have inherited a slew of genetic gifts from his mother and father that led to him being a highly promising prospect right from the days of his early childhood.
Therefore, Rotwang was declared to be the sole heir to both sides of his family and was given a rigorous and comprehensive education in all aspects of life which were expected to be present in the repertoires of any other scion of such an ultra-wealthy and highly influential family as his own. Thus, time marched onward for him from his childhood to the time of his 30th birthday. Along the way there, he ended up developing each of the traits inherent to his now permanently lifelong mad scientist personality due to the potent, all-consuming influence of his formal instruction in the STEM field subjects upon him combined with his disappointment at how limiting the restrictions of ethics and morality was upon these fields.
Besides this core personality of his, during this period, Rotwang also ended up developing other aspects of his personality such as his love of all things that are jelliform or fluffy, his obsession with intellectual pursuits of various kinds, his incorrigible penchant for hedonism, his obsession with everything related to pop culture, history, and mythology, as well as his two phobias which now haunt him lifelong as well (i.e., his acrophobia for 300+ m heights and his caniphobia for bestial dogs and wolves). Apart from his personality, the last major development that occurred to him during this time was his obsession with intellectual pursuits combined with his innately high aptitude for the STEM field subjects and his realization that a standard human lifespan was not sufficient for exploring and studying all the mysteries present in creation led him to transform himself into a hybrid being who would be part android and part human as well. This, in turn, gave him the advantages of both sides of his new form and yet only the flaws of his new android existence.
Naturally, Rotwang undertook this permanent transformation of himself as an attempt to endow himself with a sort of pseudo-immortality since he presumed that it would allow him to achieve his goal of investigating and elucidating the inner workings of all the mysteries of creation. Once this change in himself was completed fully, he began to work as a fully qualified physician-scientist with all the highest levels of relevant professional credentials at his disposal and has been engrossed in this work of his ever since then. From here, it remains to be seen what his life will throw at him and where it will end up taking him, but it is sure to be an interesting sojourn all the way there, at least for him.

It had been a while since Rotwang's latest adventures, and these had entailed the grind of his daily life which meant involving himself either voluntarily or involuntarily in various activities. These various activities included things such as attending to his formal studies, accompanying his parents with the routine inspections that they did of their mafia/yakuza family's many business assets, going to mingle with the heirs as well as the heiresses of other families which were also ultra-rich and highly influential similar to his own, and naturally also immersing himself in the pursuit of his various interests.
The chief among these was none other than his two true loves. More specifically, these two were his ongoing and ever-burgeoning mad science research studies and his similarly long-standing and ever-increasing fascination with all things related to pop culture, history, and mythology. Of course, these relatively peaceful days that he had been enjoying to some degree came to an end in a manner that was as surreal as it was abrupt. This interruption came in the form of a notification that was sent to his smartphone, causing it to play the special DLC soundtrack known as “Voices of War” which he had acquired from the creators of his all-time favorite mobile game app which was called “Oda Nobuna’s Ambition”.
Hmm...what is this memo about? Is it another summons from my parents? Is it another invitation to some needlessly ostentatious gala? Perhaps it is some project that I have been assigned to do by my superiors…Whatever the case may end up being, I hope it will not become too tedious...as that would be...truly troublesome...
Rotwang thought thus silently as he stirred awake from beneath the veritable mountain of research notes, medical and surgical textbooks, piles upon piles of failed model designs for gadgets, experimental chemical concoction recipes, and so on. He had immersed himself in furthering his mad science research studies since this was one of his rare days away from the usual hustle and bustle of his daily life and academic work and at some point, fallen asleep without realizing it due to his penchant for willfully ignoring his bodily needs, especially that for sleep, and that was why he now found himself amidst the rather chaotic environment which was his private lab.
After Rotwang managed to drag himself out from underneath this heap of stuff he had been lying under within the confines of said private lab which he had set up to be located on the grounds of his family's home, he perused the memo on his smartphone which had aroused him while musing silently about it and devising a plan of action for it
Hmm…another job request, eh? Let us see…This one seems to involve a house call from a patient who wishes for me to head over to her home to examine some strange growths that have appeared on her body after her contact with some sort of mysterious plant…An intriguing case, but it remains to be seen as to how much of her fears are based on hard facts and are not ones arising from her hypochondriac nature…
With that thought in mind, and with several parallel plans of action as well as backups for said plans devised and ready in his mind, Rotwang set about readying himself to head out for the day by first going through his daily morning protocols. After that, he donned his physician-scientist attire and equipped himself with his medical bag before informing his family’s household servants of his intended whereabouts for the day, after which point, he headed out in his fully custom-designed and custom-built vintage limo to make his way over to his patient’s residence for his imminent house call.
