Character Bio: Vulkanis is the young heir to the throne of the Eternal Empire, an isolated Empire of only a single planet that has remained out of contact with the rest of the galaxy since it was split off from planet Frieza millenia ago. As the prince, Vulkanis has been tasked by his father to travel throughout the galaxy and determine if the time is right to enter into the stage of galactic politics.
The Eternal Empire is a rigidly hierarchical society and Vulkanis believes in it fully. He believes that Changelings are the pinnacle of evolution and have a divine right to rule over other lesser species. Unlike the Changelings living on planet Frieza and making up the PTO, however, Vulkanis believes that all beings have a place in the universe and should be allowed the opportunity to prosper.
While Vulkanis is loyal to the ideals of the Eternal Empire, he is also still a youth and feels excited to be the first member of the Royal Family to explore the greater universe. He's somewhat naive and a little spoiled, which is why his father sent him with his attendant: Vex. Vex, while still subject to Vulkanis' decisions, is greatly respected by the young prince and is always able to at least have his opinion heard.
