I put together this spreadsheet last year during a discussion about canon character perks. Some characters that have no perks probably should, and some of the current ones are boring standard DR increases or ki reduction (both of those are things we want to move away from having passively moving forward.) So, this is going to be an open discussion on changing some of the current canon character perks and adding new ones. As we discuss this and ideas are well received, I'll update the sheet. So, feel free to drop any suggestions you may have!
