[Joseph: Champion 1, Superior Gem spar [1/10]Brianne: Combat/Human]

The section of the astral plain Joseph occupied took the form of what seemed to be the interior of a dojo. There were mirrors on various parts of the wall abreast to one another and mats spread out towards the back of the room.
Joseph was in front of a wooden man dummy also known as a Mu ren Zhuang. It was a wooden piece ment to serve as a training dummy. It had two arms towards the top and one closer to the bottom representing human strikes. It was made four and a half feet to accomadate the boy's stature. He struck at it with open palms rhythmically striking around the sides of the upper arms and kicking the lower arm.

Brianne used the gem to visit the Astral Realm once again. It had been sometime since she had come here and this time she found herself in a dojo type location. She saw the boy that was sent to protect the love artifact. It was hard to know what to say as she simply watched him working on his technique.
-Joseph
Joseph continued striking the wooden until he noticed that he was no longer solitary in the astral plain. He recognized the energy signature that just entered. "Oh hi Brianne, how have you been?"
-Brianne
She calmly watched him continue to practice but he then greeted her. Brianne smiled, "Hi to you too! I have been doing well. How are you doing?"
-Joseph
"That's good to hear," Joseph said with his visage remaining stoical. "I've been fine."
-Brianne
She nodded, "How goes your training? It looks like you are working hard at it."
-Joseph
"It's going well," Joseph said simply. Well was how he'd describe it if nothing else, he went about his regime and followed the instructions of his masters.

Brianne walked up and watched his technique. She had felt with her training regime that she had mastered a level over martial arts. She watched for a little while, "Do you always do the same regiment or do you mix it up?"
-Joseph
"I mix it up," he said. "The focuses change depending on the day or what I want concentrate on at the time."
-Brianne
She smiled back at his comment, "I think I am going to start training people in the power of love. It would be pretty awesome to have more love in this Universe!"
-Joseph
"That would be a nice prospect," he replied, though he wasn't sure how you'd train someone in such an abstract thing. "I hope that it works out well for you."
