Bulma listened, watching the subtle changes in his face and feeling the weight of his memories. Azazel’s presence alone disrupted her illusion, and his mental force affected her quite clearly. It made her smile though she kept it soft to not seem too insensitive.
“Existence isn’t just living,” Bulma noted thoughtfully at the end, looking out over the passing cars and walking humans. “It’s like this place, or reality. This you right now, the you I met to start...changes occur naturally, but if you lose yourself...” She made a gesture with her hand, opening it like a small explosion. “Do you really still exist?”
She looked back to him then, her head tilting a little. “It’d be a shame to lose things as you regain things~”

The immortal just exhaled as he listened to the way Bulma always tried to make sense of everything.... nothing was quite as how she wanted to explain it or how he would like it... but she did have a small point. His face was a blank slate as she turned his devilish eyes back upon her and he just smiled. "Funny... I could argue how could I have existed before creation was birthed... but then that opens up a whole other avenue of talk that could be debated forever." It was his way of lightening the mood for himself, he was tired... the weight of recent events in his "existence" bothered even him.
"I will say it is quite nice to know... my brothers still want me dead... perhaps all of them besides Lucy....and even that is perhaps a maybe" Leaning back into his chair he closed his eyes, the warmth of the sun washing over him.

The demonic human grinned at his reply. She rested her good arm on the small table and leaned into it. “Well, you did betray them and continue to disagree with the way they want the universe,” she said, teasing again, though it wasn’t a bad point. It was no surprise even if the actual confrontation could be unsettling. They were still his brothers after all. No matter how they disagreed or even hated each other, the Creator had bonded them together in a very potent way: family.
“As for Lucifer...I can imagine he might want to kill you, while not actually wanting you dead...” she said, thoughtful once more. The Lucifer she knew tended to like his games. Challenging Azazel, pushing him, trying with reckless abandon to murder him just to see how it would go...but once Azazel was dead, things would be over. There would be no more fun to be had, no more person to enjoy, hate, or love. It was likely how many of Lucifer’s enemies survived, despite the power he held to completely crush them. For most, that cockiness would be their undoing, but for Lucifer it always seemed well earned.
“I’m not sure if that’s any more comforting though,” she added with another smile. To her it would be, anyway.

“Killing us is easier said than done....If Lucy truly wanted me dead he would of done it...instead he choose his method...” Azazel tapped his fingers on the table as he spoke.
“We’ve communicated however briefly...if anything I’d say he wants something else...but he does so love his games.”
“Well, it’s one imagining,” Bulma offered. She wouldn’t pretend to know what Lucifer was thinking. Despite her time with him, he remained an unpredictable enigma. There was her Lucifer, and then there was Azazel’s Lucifer. The two could vary greatly, even she understood that. At his core, there were surely something solid and clear, but what part was his core was tricky by itself.
“Did you ever wonder if you really escaped or he let you out?” she asked before looking up, a more entertained smile on her face. “Well, he’d never just let you out. You’d have to work for it. It would still require escape.” She looked back to Azazel then, studying his reaction as she continued. “But he kept you contained for that long, and it isn’t like him to make that kind of mistake.”

Azazel laughed, heartily... “Not everything is by my brothers design and not everything can be influenced by him directly...” The prince tilted his head back and sighed.
“Once I was sealed... Lucifer couldn’t bring me back... not from that place... not by himself...”
The primordial looked at the demonic human and smiled. “Though I wouldn’t put it past him to develop the plot to destabilize dimensions on Damaskia...and leave it up to me to find the crack...”
“I’ll have to pay Lucifer a visit in the near future...”

“He also could have closed the main portal to Damaskia at any time, stabilizing the realms once more...He chose not to, for a multitude of reasons. You might be one,” Bulma said with another small hum.
The actual schemers of the incident in section seven had yet to truly be pinpointed. A member of the council was hunted down by Beerus, but that was just for the one clever idea of using his power to destroy the necessary lives. The one who thought to gather RBC units, the true people controlling them at the time, was pinned on a woman called Kira, but Yan said she didn’t do it. She was trying to save the units. The whole situation had been carefully constructed and played out, while the Shadowguard already had many demon ties like Yan and Tomoko Kuroda. It was said the very first Clark Pendragon who murdered the children of Avalon royals to lead the Damaskian exile was a high ranking demon who’s movements had been long lost.
“I wanted an excuse to return to the living realm, but the things I’ve discovered about Damaskia are interesting. It’s quite the long game, and yet the current Pendragon still makes surprising moves,” she explained, perhaps saying more than she should. She sat up again and grinned however. “There are really a lot of pieces on the board~”
Azazel sat forward slightly, he knew Lucifer how he used to be...the time away could have changed him... time ... it would be interesting to see his brother perhaps after all this time.... but beings like them rarely changed much. As for Damaskia, Azazel had tried to steer clear of the politics of the planet, but if his brother was involved and this Pendragon was playing with fire it would be interesting to see the repercussions. A mortal was not going to best Lucifer, he had already assuredly fallen into one of his brothers long drawn out traps.
“Mortals do so love playing with fire... until they get burned at least... Damaskia and the powers that be... are amusing.”
