Back in the astral realm, where Juch met the elusive Bulma in the caves, the storm outside seemed to be letting up. Over the crackling fire, the android turned to the supposedly deceased scientist, "So, what do you do for fun these days?"

“I accidentally let out a hell beast of pure destruction and blamed in on Yan,” Bulma said bluntly, smiling deviously as she did, but it was more at Yan’s cunning than the idea she had gotten away with something over him. It wouldn’t have worked to begin with, blaming Yan, but it was interesting to watch his response, see him teeter through the information as he decided his next move. He always handled things in one of two ways. Clean and direct, or as messy and escalating as possible. In this instance it had been the former, which surprised her a little. It had been fun at least.
“In the name of research of course.”

"Research, of course," Juch grinned as Bulma described what some wouldn't necessarily call 'fun', "Was it from one of those portals on Damaskia again?"

“No, this was a very separate beast,” Bulma noted thoughtfully. “It was ironically tied closer to Earth.”

"Hm, interesting," Juch cupped his cheek, "Earth never fails to surprise me, for better or for worse. What is it then, if you don't mind me asking?"

“It was a creature tied to the very function of Destruction,” Bulma said, looking back to him. “From the days they were able to touch things more fiercely.”

“Now a days they sit as building blocks, creating a delicate balance, but back then, they were still trying to find it,” she explained. “In the early stages of the universe destruction and construction practically battled for dominance.”
