Tarble: VR Octagon, Combat Rune, Champion 3
Azazel: VR Octagon, Combat Rune
PulseYesterday at 9:21 PM
Upon hearing it the first time, Tarble had thought Azazel had sought out some sort of cleansing of the world. Trying to remove all beings from the mortal world. However, this time around, it felt like he had a much better grasp on what he was trying to achieve. What he wanted to do. The Kais, his brothers, the deities that lied above them. They were the ones that needed to meet their proper judgement. Tarble couldn't say his morals didn't fall in place with those ideas. "Cleanse the betrayal of your kin.." The Archangels. Like the ones they fought on Namek.
Their power lied on a tier Tarble couldn't quite reach yet.
But he had grown a lot since those fights. Ascended to Godhood. At least now, it felt like he could stand a much better chance. Yet he couldn't fight against an Archangel on his own yet. He still wasn't quite all that useful to the primordial yet. That was fine though. As long as he stuck by Azazel, evolution was just around the corner. "Then regaining that untold power is our top priority." He looked into those dead eyes. He knew emotion didn't account for so much as a glimmer in this man's facial expression, but he had to search for something.
"I want to amend our deal." It was a bold thing to say, but it needed to be said regardless. "I'll happily face off against the deities above with you. It only encourages me on my path to even higher power. But there is one that I want to take the head of myself." Determination was prominent in his glare now. "Beerus. The Destroyer God of Universe 7, if I'm not mistaken. He is one I have a personal score to settle with. He killed my former Emperor, Chaos.. a man I considered to be kin." His eyes narrowed slightly.
"His power will be mine to command."

A slight grin etched across the prince’s cold face, the destroyer God Beerus… he had met this being not long after leaving the confines of his imprisonment… and he had met his celestial offshoot Attendant Whis. Hell, Azazel had even met this one named Chaos albeit ever so briefly in the confines of the astral realm. Tarble still missed out on the fact that after these loftly goals had been pursued and obtained the rendition of this mortal realm would be the next to receive summary judgement…. Untold genocide could be the outcome of their over all success, but could the mortals really be blamed for the ignorance of the ones stationed above them? The primordial was not yet sure… his Father had loved them and had made them… the jury was still out on that, but what must be done would be done unless the creator himself cared to step in… Azazel almost chuckled though at that thought, their father had become a dead beat and he highly doubted the supreme entity would bother meddling.
“You want to change our deal?” Azazel snickered as he stared down at the godling. “Tarble… do not mistake my dealings with you for some sort of weakness… You stand before ME and DEMAND the head of the Destroyer GOD!”
Azazel stepped forward and grabbed the sides of the Saiyan Gods head between both of his hands, a fire ignited in the depths of his eyes, a fire from the primordial creation upon which his essence had been forged. It was not rage… it was not even malice that exuded from the fallen one as his gaze linked with Tarbles, his forehead rested against the Saiyan Kings as the weight of what he was crushed down upon the grove and the reality upon which they both shared. Azazel looked into what soul was left inside the Saiyan before him and just chuckled, releasing the man as he closed his eyes and extinguished the wild flames of chaos.
“If you want the Destroyer God… then make sure you are ready for him… and his attendant… Don’t disappoint me when that day arrives Tarble… you do not ask some small thing.”

The scene around them changed in that instant.
Azazel came down on the Saiyan God with such weight, such immense pressure, that it was like he was staring into the gaze of a completely different person. Their foreheads pressed against one another, eyes merely centimeters from one another. The weight of the man's presence threatened to make his legs buckle underneath. Perhaps if Tarble had not evolved, he certainly would have. But that sapphire aura coated his legs for a moment, showing his mastery of the Blue transformation in that moment. He stood against the pressure.
He could control power of his own as well.
But then he said that if he wanted the Destroyer God and his attendant, he'd best be ready for the two of them.. and not to disappoint him. As Azazel released his head, Tarble let out a slow sigh. "Do not mistake my request for a sign of tidings soon to come. I'm too aware of what that God is capable of. I've seen it firsthand." His hands curled into fists, trembling with a fury that had not yet peaked. A rage that was meant to be unleashed on the right target.
"That day won't be for a while longer. There's still a long way to go before I take that challenge on.. because when I do, it will be the last time I see that God." His glove tightened onto his flesh with a tug. He had no need to show off his power. It would not trump Azazel's, nor Beerus, nor Whis. Not yet. "When I face that God and his Attendant in battle, I intend to do it when my power dwarfs theirs. When there is no hope for victory for them. And when I watch the light fade from that God's eyes.. I will rip the destructive energy from his soul and claim it as my very own." His eyes glared at Azazel in that moment.
"Death is temporary to beings like him. Simply a lapse in their world before they struggle their way back to the living. But that energy I will strip from him will be forever mine to mold and use in my own image. That is what I seek.. the power of the Destroyer to add to my reservoir of power. I will scar his being for all eternity." He showed no grin or joy in what he spoke of. He knew the battle would be bloody, brutal, intense.
But it was going to indeed be his battle to fight.
"When I command that Destroyer's power, fighting alongside you won't seem like such a faraway glimmer.. but the untold powers you possess lead you to an even greater power. That is what I want to see." He smiled once more now. "Is there any way that I can learn more about you, Azazel? I.. seek knowledge of your world. Of your past, if you deem me worthy."

So, he wanted to obliterate the God of Destruction in the most humiliating way…strip him of his power and utilize it for himself. Well it would take more than a strong determination for that kind of victory. All deities had a capability similar to his where their essence would be blasted back to the next dimension when their vessels were destroyed… their time in limbo would be dependent on how long it took for their vessels that carried them to rematerialize so they could walk the mortal realm. What Tarble sought was to strip Beerus of what made him a deity and with it take his crown… it would scar the deity completely. It amused the primordial though how Tarble spoke sometimes, as if HE himself actually needed the information he provided, but it was not done out of some misguided notion that the prince needed it explained, but that’s just how the Saiyan spoke and expressed himself.
“You want to know more about me?” The prince shrugged, he supposed Tarble was worthy enough at this point to ask a few questions… not that he would answer them all. What was the harm is answering a few questions about what the Saiyan would most assuredly be having to combat in the not so distant future. But the prince highly doubted the newly minted god would understand everything he said.
“Just be careful what you ask about.. you may not like what you hear.”
