Kin had needed a little time away from the ship. He was knocking a few back at the local bar, just wanting to get some fresh air for himself. Spending so much time on the ship as nothing more than a crewmate, well, recognition wasn't exactly easy to come by when he was in a sea of crewmates. It wasn't all bad though, though being around nothing but men did mean he couldn't scope out the scene.. well, at least until Asami came along. That vanilla haired busty goddess did a lot to wow, but lord knew he couldn't touch her. She was Rufus's sister (somehow), so that meant he wasn't going anywhere near her when Rufus was around. Man was damned protective. "Fuck it.." He tipped his drink back, laughing to himself. Not that she'd ever look his way anyway.

Asami had decided to head to the local bar for some drinks, what else? While Eizen and Rufus were discussing a few things, she slipped away in order to get some drinks in her. As much as she loved her twin to death, she wanted some time to breathe and keep to herself. Not that she didn't enjoy their company, but, a girl needed to let loose every now and again. To be themselves, instead of fitting in with a crew filled to the brim with men. A sigh escaped from the vanilla haired beauty as she flicked her hair back and over her shoulder, only to enter the building.
Waltzing forward, she plopped down on a barstool, cupping her chin in her hand as she ordered herself a drink to the bartender. "Rum, keep 'em comin'." Violet-reds shifted towards the pirate beside her, causing her to grin and flash a playful wink. "Fancy seeing you here." It was somewhat sarcastic, considering pirates always headed out drinking, so it wasn't uncommon that she'd find a crewmate around.

Kin knocked another shot of whiskey back with a gentle sigh, not even paying any mind to who came in. It wasn't like he was looking for anything for the night, after all. But then a beautiful woman sat beside him-- no, the beautiful woman sat beside him in that moment. The curvy busty beauty that was on his mind was winking at him. His chest jumped, a small flush coming across his cheeks for an instant before shaking his head and coming back to reality.
Don't fuck this up now.
He gazed over at her as another shot of whiskey was put in front of him. "Hey, Asami. Didn't think I'd get to see you in a place like this." He let out a laugh, actually being a bit serious. He didn't take her for a barhopper, but they were pirates after all. "What brings you out here? Eizen and Rufus didn't join you?" He teased, considering they were usually around the girl.

The first glass was pushed her way and she downed it almost instantly. And when the bartender realized just who he was dealing with, he gave her an entire bottle to pour for herself, causing her to laugh. Her gaze wandered to Kin, squinting her eyes at him playfully as he mentioned that it was a surprise to see her here. "If I wasn't being followed like a hawk, I'd be around these scenes more often." She mentioned, only to tilt her head as she watched the man flush a bit.
He questioned Rufus and Eizen not being around her, causing her to snort as she tilted her head back. "I snuck away. Don't go tattling on me now~." Sticking her tongue out at him, she poured herself another glass, emptying the liquor into her stomach like it was purely water. It was safe to say that she could drink even the strongest of men under the table at this rate. "A gal needs to get out and have some fun too, after all. Don't you agree, Kin~?"

Kin watched with surprise as she managed to down the alcohol like a damn champ. It looked like she could drink with the best of them at her rate.. she even went on to complain that she was followed like a hawk and that she snuck away. He nodded along, even agreeing with her needing to get out and have some fun. "That I do, Asami. Everyone deserves a little time to spread their wings, get to know each other." He smiled, feeling a bit of his confidence coming to him.
With that, he laid some zeni out on the table. "The girl's drinks are on me." He grinned wide toward Asami as he knocked another shot back. "And don't you worry. I won't tell anyone. It'll be our little secret between pirates, aye?" He bumped his shoulder with her own, feeling even more confident. "You seem like you're quite the drinker. Got any other plans for the night?"

The vanilla haired woman watched as zeni was scooted across the table, stating that her drinks were on him. Her hues widened slightly, only to smile in response to the kindness offered. "Why, thank 'ya~." She chuckled into the back of her hand before taking another gulp of her alcohol, a satisfied sigh leaving her from the taste. But as she drank, she realized that she was starting to get hungry, so she ordered some bar food from the bartender, getting some nachos. She scooted them between the both of them as she bit into one of the cheesy chips with a grin.
She was complimented on her drinking and asked what she had planned for the rest of the night, causing her to hum in thought. "Well, I planned on getting shit-faced and heading back home.." Mulling over ideas in her head, she squinted her eyes before shaking her head. "Not sure what else 'ta do. You got anything goin for 'ya, Kin?" Her body scooted over, bumping her shoulder back into his own now.

Once she figured out he was picking up the tab for this, she went off and grabbed a few nachos for them as well. Not that he didn't apprecaite it of course. He smiled, grabbing at one of the nachos himself. She stated that she was thinking about getting shit-faced and heading back home, causing him to chuckle a bit. It was the same thing that he was thinking about doing, but having a woman who was thinking about doing some others things, well.. why not go and suggest a few things?
"Well, I was considering going dancing at the club for a bit. Spread my own wings a bit, you know? Go out and have a little fun once I got a bit tipsy, be a general nuisance and all that." He gave a gentle fit of laughter as he knocked another glass back, feeling himself get a bit hit by the alcohol coursing through his veins. "Of course, that might not be your scene."

Asami raised her brows at the idea of going out dancing, making her laugh a bit as she ate a few more nachos and downed more of her liquor. "Must be why the crew is so slackin' lately.. too much partying and not enough trainin'!" With a grin, she leaned in and watched him, her chin nestled into the back of one of her hands. When he mentioned that it may have not been her scene, she nodded in response. "Too much people fer my taste. And those backrooms where people go to shag? That's bloody disgustin!" Thinking it over, she nodded and stood to her feet.
"You ever gone ta karaoke? It has music and private rooms too." Once the tab was paid, she pulled the man along by the arm, that grin still resting on her face as she looked back at him. "C'mon, at least pretend to be excited!" The pirate laughed and tipped her head back, already figuring that the guy was dreading going out to do something that girls seemed to muse for more. As the entered the place and ordered for their own private room, the door closed behind them as she rushed up to the stage and plugged in a few songs to play. "You're up first, Kin! Give it yer all!"

He had almost taken offense to the idea of slackin' off, but with the way she immediately went to a new idea for the two of them, he was just going to roll with it. Anything to get some time alone with her, right? Kin smiled as the two of them began to move, watching as Asami pulled him along. "Come on, come on.." He let out a laugh as the two of them began to head for the karaoke bar, getting their own private room and drinks.
Then he was up first, put on the spot immediately. His cheeks flushed ever so slightly, knowing he was already a bit buzzed for this. He sighed out, downing another beer before slamming it on the counter and heading up. He went for singing the first song, and while he missed a few of the notes due to his intoxication, he did an okay job overall on the song itself.

Asami began 'wooping' from her place on the sofa, laughing as Kin began singing and until he finished and met with her on the couch again. When the vanilla haired woman made her way up onto the stage and began to sing, it became obvious that she was a natural, as if it had been her career at one point. Something that only very few people knew about, really.
Once she finished and rushed back downstairs, she found herself tripping, but landing on the sofa, her hands placed on either side of Kin's head as she collapsed onto his lap. A giggle left her as she gazed at the man, her tongue poking out past her lips playfully. "Nice catch, mate~." She teased, only to roll back over and land on the sofa beside him again, chugging another beer with relative ease. But the flush on her cheeks were an indication that she was at least buzzed.
