Joseph sat upon the edge of a remote mountain in a forest that lied beyond the boarders of any of the main cities. The mountain not having any living presence upon it save its planet life and the young Earthling was quietly with the exception of the whistle of wind and the grass that was compelled to ruffled as the moving air brushed against it. After spending nearly an hour meditating Joseph stood up to begin training in other ways.
The child exhaled as he crouched and cupped his hands nd crouched down slightly, his aura secreted and encircled his form, cloaking him in a incorporeal veil of blue with gold appearing in some areas around it. The child's hair and sash waved as a sphere of ki came between his palms casting an progressively illumination of greater intensity and size with each syllable of the techniques name that was uttered. "Ka-Me-Ha-Me-Ha"
The boy threw his hands outward releasing the bright beam from his hands. The force the technique exuded made the air push back against him making his hair and his loose articles of his outfit to ripple. The beam spanned for miles, it mostly proceeded going straight with occasions where it shifted side to side as it swerved to avoid hurting any trees or animal life. Once he was done he made the beam go into the air where it proceeded to ascend and eventually lose its shape.

Krillin Combat Rune/Human
Krillin looked on as the blue beam made his way across the green mountainscape near the grounds of Orin Temple. Krillin had spent a bit of time here after learning of Master Yong's death, determined to see the temple put back on the right track. Curious as to the origin of the beam, Krillin set out for the direction the beam had come from, darting across the countryside at blazing speed.
A flicker of a power registered as he closed on a nearby mountain side. Krillin turned to move toward it, a moment later feeling the aura once more. It was familiar to him, though he could not be certain quite yet. Krillin, certain that the power hadn't been hostile bounded up the mountainside getting a better feel. He called out, hoping he was not wrong with his assumptions, "Hello? Is anyone there?"
Sure enough the boy was in a nearby clearing, Krillin still amazed that the ten year old was capable of such attacks. "Doing some training I see," said Krillin as he pushed his way into the clearing from behind the thick underbrush. "Care for some company?," he asked, tightening the sash around his waist and beginning some preliminary stretches.

Joseph looked over his shoulder shortly after perceiving an energy that was of a vague familiarity. The monk that happened to be the only one that noticed the child's actions that mitigated collateral damage and saved a number of civilian's during the precarious arrival of the villain known as the Ground Dragon that had been subdued as quickly as he emerged by a duo of vigilantes. "Yes, I'm here," Joseph said observing Krillin's first question then nodding at his second comment.
"Sure why not," The child followed. He was not opposed to company arriving during his training sessions though they were typically solitary. The boy exhaled and began drawing from his inner wells of energy making his ki erupt around his in its blue with a faucet of gold in some places. Joseph crouched and and flex as the wind began to shift around him being influenced by the force of his ki, once he reached his maximum his aura flashed gold for less than a partial second before his power was completely unbridled. "Thanks for the comments previously after the incident.
This was by no means a try at intimidating the monk or expound an idea of superiority, it was a preparatory action for further training. The younger martial artist began performing drills for his form. The boy used struck at the air vertically and swayed his hands side to side as if deflecting strikes.

Krillin smiled at the child, "Any praise I gave was well earned."
The boys power erupted suddenly, the air crackling and the dense aura feeling like a weight had been sat upon the monk's chest. Krillin smiled at the display of power, understanding that the boy took training seriously, and there would be more benefit the harder they pushed themselves.
Likewise, Krillin released his full power, his muscles tensing and bulging with the strain to his body as he pushed passed his limits, releasing his inner hidden power. Krillin sensed his opponents strength, so similar to his own in intensity, as his own energy caused the air to distort. Krillin knew the boy still had him, but the margin was thin now, Krillin's other worldly training paying off he realized.
Krillin continued performing a few basic maneuvers and forms next to his mysterious acquaintance.
"Ya know, I always find it helpful to practice against an opponent," Krillin stated as he turned to the nameless boy. "If your up for it....," Krillin trailed off, now realizing he had never gotten a name to go with the face, "I'm sorry, I don't think I've caught your name. I'm Krillin," he concluded, holding a hand out in a friendly gesture.

"Thank you," The young martial artist said as he nodded in recognition of Krillin's comment. "My name is Joseph" he continued. The boy realized that they never exchanged names during the day of that incident. The half-blood essentially made himself scarce when he was sure that he was no longer needed.
The boy looked at the monk and could feel that he exuded a volume of sheer power that was quite comparable to his own with the minimal favor in the favor of Joseph. "Sure, I'm up for a fight." The child assumed a stance with two closed fist in front of his eyes in a boxing style fashion and slightly lowered stance.
The boy was more often than not up for a fight with a formidable opponent and they presented themselves as good learning opportunities. "Would you like to go first or would you like me too?"

Krillin smiled at the boys stance, adopting one of his own, hands set a little higher, hands turned in like the claws of a wolf. "I think I'll let you take the first go," said Krillin in feigned altruism. Krillin was used to fighting evil beings more so than friendly ones, and usually only in the defense of those who could not do so for themselves. All this had honed Krillin into a primarily defensive fighter that wore his opponents down, dispatching even the mostly deadly attack with relative ease. Krillin only offered well timed counters and parries, and if the opening presented itself, a more powerful attack, choosing well timed aggression, superior technique, and quick wits to overthrow even the most overpowering of his opponents. It was much harder for him, usually being both less powerful nor as quick as his opponents to win a contest of sheer strength, particularly when his opponent was still fresh.
The move was calculated, even now, Krillin curious to see what the boy, Joseph, was capable of. "I think you might have me in terms of strength, Joseph. But please don't go easy on me. You seem to already understand that the easier the training, the less the value, so show me what you can do." Krillin just hoped he wouldn't regret those words just a few minutes from now.

Joseph nodded in understanding of Krillin's comment and request to not go easy on him. The half Earthling sped towards the bald monk and once he was within range threw a one-two combination by launching each arm forward with a quick and heavy punch. The boy then followed this by jumping into the air and spinning raising one leg that looked as if it was about to swing towards Krillin's face, but it would be the other leg that struck. The tornado kick was notorious for being a technique of duplicity.
Upon landing, Joseph proceeded with a flurry of vertically fisted punches aimed at Krillin's face and worked down to strike his stomach and ribs. After the array of energy blast Joseph opened one of his palms and held it forward manifesting a large azure ball of energy with a great deal of ki condensed into it. It would launch him about a hundred yards across before detonating.
The boy then worked to close in on the teenage monk and pivoted to the side swinging his foot which he charged with ki to strike the monk with an explosive aura empowered strike with the intention of winding him and sending him a good distance away.

Krillin was almost surprised by the boys speed, but managed to block the boys punches well enough. The spinning kick however gave the monk a bit of a surprise, his block coming in time, but poorly positioned, much of the attack slipping through to connect to the back of Krillin's shoulder, managing to knock the monk forward several feet.
The next punches came center mass, Krillin pulling his arms in just in time to catch the blows, enough force behind them to still not let the monk escape from the attack unscathed.
Joseph wasn't done however, several blasts of ki assaulted the monk, many getting through his blocks to connect home. Krillin felt the power of the next attack, sensing keenly the power being funneled into it as the ball of blue ki rose in size and intensity. Krillin was prepared however, reinforcing his hands and arms wholly with his own ki. Krillin caught the attack with his hands, ki shield wavering as feet dug deep furrows in the ground as his position gave way to the awesome force of the blast. Several moments later, Krillin managed to close his hands around the remaining energy, snuffing it out between his hands, reinforced by the powerful ki reinforcing technique. He would feel the attack later on, but for now though, it had been stopped.
