Lilim: Telepathic Link, Combat Rune
Azazel: Combat Rune, Champion I, VR Octagon
Lilim often sought after those of incredible and impressive strength, seeking them out to feel them out and, mayhaps, twirl them around her finger--but this one was different. Very different--he was as old as she was, with a power to match. She had contemplated whether or not to actually speak with this one, preferring to keep her own existence on low form for as long as she could... but delaying the inevitable meeting would only make it harder in the long run, and thus, she sought him out in the realm of dreams, trusting in the relative safety of such a distant meeting. "I see... so you broke out after all..." She remarked as she entered into his mindscape, preferring to be herself in this encounter--no tricks, to disguises or glamours. He would have known her as she was now, and covering her identity--or body, for that matter--would have likely been seen as just an insult to his memory. Perhaps if he complained, she would dress, but she felt at her most confident without such things--she had nothing to hide, even from him.
As Azazel meditated his mind had once again returned to the astral realm, his lack of a need of sleep instead being replaced by an almost aggravating habit of being lulled into the realm as he relaxed his mind. Although sometimes his encounters were worth while the vast majority of them were not and even though they were annoying it was better than being bored he supposed. The princes eyes opened as he materialized into a random dream scape. Storm clouds rumbled over head as a chilled breeze swept the barren landscape. It was then that he felt her before he heard her, it was unmistakable and surprisingly enough he was not at all shocked, only curious as to why it had taken so long for her to reach out.
"Escape... yes, one could say I escaped...."
The primordial turned slowly to look upon the naked form of his guest as he put his hands inside his pockets and chuckled aloud.
If the chilly breeze was felt by her bare flesh, she did not show it nor seem to care that much about it--people like these two, herself and himself, tended to transcend such minor annoyances. Her lips spread into an amused smirk, but her body language was more friendly than hostile.
"I suppose it was just a matter of time--I am sure someone is squirming on their throne even now, knowing you are free. I wasn't sure... about you when I first heard you escaped. It's... been awhile. I trust this new world agrees with you?"
Azazel shrugged, his mind briefly thinking back on the day he had stabbed Lucifer through the back and then to the day he had been freed from his inter dimensional prison.
“This new world ran by the Kai’s.... disgusts me... mortals disgust me.... my brothers... and this creation...”
Azazel turned his head around as if signifying all reality.
“Is bastardized... but there are small glimmers that amuse me.”
"Things are... a lot different than what they used to be," she agreed. She took a seat on a nearby rock, the impromptu bench materializing beneath her, as if the realm of dreams harkened to her every bidding. It harkened to his as well--that was just what happened with powers such as theirs. It was just bug enough for him too. She leaned forward a little, not quite looking at him, but she smiled a bit more warmly.
"We are both here now... what do you plan to do?"
Azazel raised an eyebrow noticing the spot on the rock and crossing his arms a skeptical look upon his ageless features. What did he plan to do? Ahh now that was the question, and a question that plagued both Lucifer, the High Heavens and soon enough the ruler of the Kai’s Zeno.
“Oh I figured you would of guess that by now my dear.... I plan to burn the whole fucking thing down.”
A laugh bellowed from his lips as his eyes burned with an intense fire.
“The slate needs cleaned.”
Lilim chuckled softly in her throat, leaning back a little. He was beyond her charms--he always had been. He had also been the most cordial to her, even as an enemy. Now... now was a different story, indeed. She wanted to see where things went.
"He won't let you, you know that. None of them will," she said, taking a deep breath before crossing one leg over the other, propping an elbow on her ascending knee, her chin nestled in her hand.
"The whole thing, then? I'm guessing that includes me as well..."
“What he will let me do is of little concern, I have my ways Lililm, I always have.”
The fallen one clenched his jaw and just shook his head.
“My issue is with my brothers and the Kai’s and the taint they have spread across the multiverse.... creation... my fathers master piece is a mockery of what it should be... Restoring the balance is all that is required.”
"That is true... all of you were so unstoppable back then. It was a sight to behold..." She said, specifically avoiding mentioning that she and her forces had been on the receiving end of a lot of that back then. Different times...
"Well..." She started to say after taking a deep breath accompanied by the smallest, softest of sighs. "All I would ask..." She started, looking up to him, "...is being there when you do. Lucifer specifically," she said, lifting a hand to him, not necessarily for a handshake, but just gesturing to him in general. "If you have a price, name it."
Azazel smirked, his crimson eyes looking at Lilims hand. The fallen archangel took the demon queen by the hand and peered into her eyes as he responded.
“The price for that... will become evident soon enough my dear.”
