WC Uriel 1,134 Krillin 805 Krillin Combat, Human
UrielLast Wednesday at 10:23 PM
Alef's talk had rejuvenated the young angel. She was right about the right, nay, the necessity, to fight. She hadn't offered a spar and Uriel wasn't really interested anyway. He wanted talk to his friend Krillin and knowing him, he would probably want to test skills. He pulled out his purple gem out of his pouch and began to focus. The winged man's brow furrowed deeply. He couldn't sense him. He kept trying, there! It was Krillin but why was he there?
"Krillin," he shouted at the monk. "What the hell happened?"

Krillin felt the tug from the gem at his belt, and ran his fingers across it. Someone was trying to reach him. A moment later the huge golden wings opened to reveal Uriel standing before him. "Ah, hey Uriel. Bit off a bit more than I could chew. I guess this makes my summon to Grand Kai's a little more convenient atleast," the monk mused. "So how have you been?"
UrielLast Thursday at 12:16 AM
"Ah the Grand Kai," Uriel mused. "I've been to him twice unfortunately. He's kinda strange but I've learned some powerful techniques from him."
The angel scoped the familiar landscape of the elder kai's palace. He hoped he wouldn't run into his former sensei while they were here. Hopefully he had other matters to attend. The celestial was a bit embarrassed at the way he acted.
"Well," he started, mentally shaking his mind clear. "I wanted to talk about what happened at the mountain. I was out of control and kept saying everyone, including myself, didn't have the right to fight. First, I'd like apologize about everything said and done and then, if you'll hear me, explain what that was all about."

"You don't have anything to apologize for, friend," said Krillin with a smile. "We do what we must, and what we see as best. There was no ill intent behind your words, nor your actions and you have done nothing to warrant scorn." Krillin gazed over the landscape, admiring the lush green of the planet that lay before them. It looked no different in the astral realm than the material plane, which struck Krillin as curious but he thought nothing of it. "Hopefully his trial will not prove terribly perilous. I'm not sure what I would do if I died while dead," the monk mused with a chuckle.
UrielLast Saturday at 2:17 PM
The winged man decided not to further with the explanation. If Krillin was satisfied, that was good enough. Besides, the angel had another motive to his trip to the astral realm. He intended to see how strong Krillin had really become. He had a feeling that the brawl with the monks he was holding back.
"Are you up for a friendly spar?" Uriel asked. "I don't think we have to worry about dying with that," he smirked jokingly.
He put his arms down at his sides and began to power up. His golden aura shone brightly. However, the celestial had made up his mind not to push beyond his base form. He still didn't trust himself to stay in control.

Krillin lit up at the opportunity to flex his new strength, he had become farm more powerful, his strength growing exponentially these previous months. "Sure," said the monk, attempting to hide some of his enthusiasm. Krillin planted his feet firm, letting his power rise to full, then pushing it further, burning his ki actively as his muscles corded and his body began to glow with golden with sheer energy, the air flooding away from the monk from his immense aura.
As the ki washed over him, shimmering he looked at the celestial, "You care to start?," he said with a devilish smile across his face.
UrielYesterday at 10:24 PM
The angel was impressed. The monk had grown even stronger than when he last met him. Bleu was right, Krillin was a hard worker. Uriel kind of envied him in that. He should be much more powerful than...no, that was wrong thinking. He wasn't going to dwell on the past anymore.
"Sure thing, buddy," the winged man answered. He then took a large gulp and and with mighty gust, blew a large inferno around the pair. It was wide enough to allow them space to fight but tall enough to prevent easy flight. With the arena set, Uriel pulled his scythe out from behind his back and held it behind his back and rushed the diminutive monk. Right before he reached him, the celestial swung his weapon with speed and precision towards Krillin's midsection. He was sure the human would dodge at least enough to not be severely injured.

Krillin smiled, the gap between the two had closed considerably, but it wasn't just raw power. Krillin had been in battle after battle, honing his skills with relentless training and use. He pushed the ki into his hands, not for attack but for defense. He reinforced his flesh, and a turned to face the blade. The monk slammed his bare hands together on either side of the blade, catching it inches from his stomach. With a smile he flipped over the blade, and reversed with a leg sweep, following with a ki charged uppercut at the taller fighters ribs.
UrielYesterday at 10:49 PM
The monk moved in a blur. The angel found himself on his feet and and nursing it a sore jaw.
"You're really fast," Uriel complimented the monk. "I hope you have the stamina to match."
He sheathed his sickle preparing another strategy. He decided on a quick but mostly harmless, unless you're a demon, technique. The winged man fired a pure, white blast at the human. As the attack reached towards his opponent, he vanished. The celestial reappeared a few feet behind Krillin and send a small barrage of yellow ki.
KrillintheshortYesterday at 11:31 PM
Krillin flew forward, the blast catching by him by surprise, but lacking the sting he was expecting. He dove forward, directing his ki enveloped in blue ki in the shape of a dragon directly away from the celestial. In an instant however, he disappeared with a flicker, surprising Uriel with the punch to his back instead. "I guess we'll see," said the monk, jumping back a step to give his friend time to recover.
UrielYesterday at 11:45 PM
It was time to step it up a bit. Krillin had proven his ability to handle himself. The celestial flew back to put some distance between the two fighters. Uriel began cupping his hands behind his hands.
"Kame," the angel began. "Hame," with his zanzoken technique, he increased his speed, racing towards the monk. "Ha!" He released a blue and white blast at the human, with barely any space betwixt them.
KrillintheshortYesterday at 11:51 PM
Krillin smiled as the celestial darted away, recognizing the attack that was coming his way immediately. Krillin hunkered down, planting his feet firmly. He was only able to pour a bit of extra ki into the attack. He matched his friends movements exactly, intent on testing his own strength "Kame...Hame......HAAAAAAA!!!!!! He yelled as his blast released just in time to keep himself from being clobbered by beam. The two dissappeared in the explosion, causing the monk to cover his eyes momentarily as the heat washed over him.
UrielToday at 12:14 AM
The winged man's eyes grew wide as he saw the monk not only mimic but overpower his own. Purely by instinct, the angel dodged from the explosion. Well, mostly. He felt his skin tear from his back. He stood up, a bit shaken up at first. Uriel felt a bit of blood dripping from his backside but nothing severe.
"Alright," he grinned. "Now we're getting somewhere."
The thrill of battle was upon him once again. Unconsciously, he started to power up even further but caught himself. He still didn't trust himself to keep dark power in check. He just needed to pace himself.
"I've never mastered doing two of these at once," he admitted to the human.
A pair of violet ki disks appeared in either hand. He frisbee tossed one and a few seconds later, the other. With his mind he weaved them in and out, concentrating as hard as could to keep them in control.
KrillintheshortToday at 12:20 AM
Krillin pushed all of his energy into his fists, not offensively, but defensively once again. He bent his knees and flew at his opponents attack, headfirst using his hands, as hard as steel to punch the edge of the disk sending it careening awkwardly away with a violent wobble. He turned then and shouted with a ki enhanced voice, causing the remaining disk to tear apart and disperse. He dropped into a dive, enveloping his body in ki as he sped toward his opponent, the blue sheen of ki covering his scalp.
UrielToday at 12:49 AM
Uriel was impressed, the human had advantaged techniques in arsenal. He noticed the monk preparing for a counter attack. The human blasted forward at the winged man. He made to deflect it but the attack was too fast. He was thrown over and over, tumbling across the field, nearly touching the fire wall he had created.
"Ouch," the celestial stated, gathering himself up. "That actually hurt," he added rubbing his head.
He swooped in the sky, straight up and within the towering inferno. This was his own move, one the monk had never seen before. Uriels massive wings began to glow gold with charged energy. Once they were really, with a huge flap of his wings, a shower of hundreds of razor sharp ki blades showered the battlefield.
KrillintheshortToday at 1:22 AM
Krillin dodged blurringly through the shower of blades, not avoiding as many as he would have liked, the sheer number preventing any reprieve. The monk bled from a few places, and he decided to meet the remainder of the onslaught with his own. He looked upwards, firing ki blast after ki blast in rapid succession into the shower of blades hoping to cause the celestial to abandon his attack.

Uriel celebrated silently, he had actually landed a hit on the speedy monk. His momentary distraction landed him hurtling to the ground with a salvo of energy blasts.
Picking himself up for the third time he was feeling overjoyed. Time to press the att...
"Beep beep beep," the telecom in pouch started ringing. "Beep beep be." The angel pulled it out and turned it on. It was Alef.
"I'm kind of in the middle of something,"Uriel said impatiently before the fox could speak.
"I'm sorry," she replied. "But Master Roshi said he needs you back asap. He didn't say what it was about but it seemed urgent."
"That's fine," the winged man sighed. Tell him ill be right thrte. Krillin," he said, putting the mobile device back in his pouch. "I'm sorry, we're going to have to pick this up another time," he frowned. "But, you've gotten so powerful in such a short period of time. It's motivated me to further my training and push past my boundaries. Enjoy the Next Dimension, I'm sure you'll be back soon."
With that, Uriel pulled out his amethyst gem once again and closed his eyes. In the blink of an eye, he was back at the Kame House.
KrillintheshortToday at 2:01 AM
Krillin waved goodbye as his friend disappeared. But what could be urgent that master Roshi had needed? Was there trouble. Krillin silently cursed his weakness and ran his fingers along the blood red gem at his belt, releasing its magic. The familiar feeling washed over him as he was sucked back through the portal, with a pop. With that, he walked over to the weights sitting at king kai's and began placing them back on. He'll be ready to help when its time, he would not fail again....not after last time. He hefted himself to his feet, and began his routine.
