Lilim smiled a little, feeling his powerful hand take hers. A long, long time ago, they had been enemies--now... well, it was a lot more complicated than that. Still, it was one of those instances where she definitely wanted to see where things went. "Hm, Hm, Hm... well, if you say so--you are one of the few I just can't get a read on. MIght as well see where this ride goes, hm?" she admitted, a fanged smile greeting his gaze when their eyes met. If he decided to pull her to her feet, she would go with it--but if this was just a handshake or touching moment, she would accept that as well. "One source of foes in hell, and another in Heaven--curious which one you would start with first."

Azazel smirked and shrugged, releasing the demon queens hand as he snapped his fingers, transforming the landscape into that of a regal prime evil state room, comfortable chairs adorned by oak tables with flickering candle light...off put by a roaring fire in a marvelous inlaid fire place.
The primordial sat down, exhaling as he did so, a cigar materializing in the corner of his mouth already lit.
“Who’s to say not both at once... it is all in the organization of plans.. neither side would expect a war at the same time.”
He chuckled as his cigar glowed upon his draw, a cloud of smoke billowing outward as another wave of his hand produced chalices upon the tables respective to their seats. His was filled with a dark liquor, the queens was empty as she could easily manifest anything she desired.

She had to admit--the fallen archangel had a way with setting the mood. She was honestly impressed, especially since she had not considered he might go to all this effort just for an old acquaintance. She joined him at the table, sitting regally in the seat closest to his. She had contemplated sitting in his lap for this... mm, not yet. Not quite. She had to show just... well, she was going to say 'restraint' but considering her attire... or rather lack thereof...
"Even you cannot be in two places at once... which means you will need an army, yes?" she hazarded a guess, her own chalice filling a sharp, exquisite wine. She normally preferred fresh blood, but... well, she was feeling a bit more cordial at the moment. Besides, manifesting alcohol in this realm was a lot easier--fresh blood often had to be more... direct.* "Unless you learned a few new tricks since leaving your prison?" She said with a smile, sipping from her own drink as they conversed.

A smile played across his face as he listened to Lilim, his right hand tapping the table top as he looked into the roaring fire, his eyes catching the bouncing flames and refracting the light.
“If anything my time imprisoned weakened me... new tricks? No... burning hatred and determination...yes.”
Taking a sip of his drink he placed the chalice back upon the table and looked the demoness directly in her eyes with his piercing gaze.
“I’ve already been attacked by Michael, s high tier angel and my own Brother Raguel tried Their hand on Namek....both experienced true deaths for their efforts.”
A sick grin crossed his face mixed with a bit of ancient pain.
“As for Lucifer and Hell, my brother seems very keen to have me back... treachery vs treachery no doubt... but I’ve made quite a few allies... one forming his own empire... one who wishes to regain his owns former glory... I’ve no need to be in two places at once my dear when others can bring the chaos to me.”

Lilim nodded slowly at his explanation, her smile fading ever so slightly "I went through something similar in the magical prison on Kelioux--they drained me of everything they could for a hundred years. An admirable effort... but I have already regained a lot of what I lost. I have no doubt you will do the same," she offered, taking a deep breath to just... drink in the mood. She liked this--all of this, really. "Hm, Hm, Hm... I remember Michael. He really should have known better," she commented idly, taking another sip of her wine for a moment while maintaining eye contact with her gracious host.
"Mmm--a cunning plan indeed. I am putting together an Empire as well... mayhaps I should reach out as well. After all, at least when it comes to Lucifer... I do believe our goals are quite similar."

Azazel nodded, perhaps their goals were somewhat aligned at least where hell and Lucifer were concerned.
“I can’t say building a budding empire is my goal so much as overseeing the cosmos...”
The primordial grin vanished as he spoke, his face becoming expressionless as he leaned back in his seat.
“But owning real estate on the planetary scales has its own merits, I’ve enslaved a few worlds to ease my boredom.”

"One thing at a time," she said carefully, tilting her head a little. "Mm--perhaps a hobby might help with that, but I certainly see the appeal. The Universe is large and vast--plenty things to see while you regain your strength," she said, leaning foreward with a small smirk. "I could show them to you."

Azazel chuckled... one thing at a time... but he what was the fun in that, the games within games and the plots within plots. He was playing chess on a galactic scale and Lilim couldn’t see it just yet, but she would.
“Oh the little real estate gathering is relaxing... crushing civilizations... it passes the time, though I’ve seen quite a bit of this galactic rendition since my return...”
Azazel stopped and chuckled. “But do tell what would you show me?”
