She connected to the Astral Realm once again, the young Barkley did her thing and met up at the make-shift diner that her and her father had created. It was always just the most simplest place to meet with him. She found herself sitting down in the same booth and the same type of tea sitting next to her hand, smoking hot and cooling.
She awaited his arrival.

“You know, if this were a real place we’d probably get a discount as regulars,” Yan said as he slid into his seat. There was probably a place similar to this in Barkley’s childhood, at least the six or so years they actually stayed in one dimension, where they had been regulars, but it had been awhile now, and they might have been long forgotten. It was kind of sad if he thought about it.

"You are right. We should find an actual place to become regulars at. I hear Cataylisma is a fun place." She sipped her tea. "So, as we speak I speak to Mr. Juch. Mr. Disney hair, you were right."

"I don't know about Cactaclymia," he offered with a small scrunch of his nose. He wasn't sure he wanted to be a regular anywhere there however, if that was even possible. It seemed like every time he went and visited the pirate invested shores, old stores had been replaced with new ones and previous owners were dead.
At the mention of Juch however, his expression softened and he smiled at the remembered reference. "Oh, I'm right about quite a lot, which was it this time?"

"He looks so pretty! He also thought you drew my drawing and I almost told him you did." She laughed knowing that he knew she was a very bad artist. "It would have been so funny to have that image stuck to him"

"You never practice~" Yan scolded her instinctively, probably for the millionth time, though for the millionth time there was little actual care as to whether she took interest in drawing. It was just a point to be made these days. "Juch is sneaky though. I'm sure he just said that to see how you'd respond."

"Oh? Is that so? He also says he's a builder of many things! He wants to show me sometime. Honestly," she started while placing the tea down.
"I want him to sit in on mom's ki lessons one good time. I'm just all for interesting interactions. PLus, I want to drive mom's blood pressure up and stop her from being such a boring school mom."

“Are you sure that would drive her blood pressure up though?” Yan asked with a sly smile. “It might make her happy and excited.”

"Whatever would get her to stop being boring. Can we start a war or something. I haven't seen mom go super saiyan in ages." She pouted as she spoke.
