The boy continued to stand. The area remained silent save for subtle whistles of the wind and the sound of a stray tumble weed hitting the ground.

"Tick, tick, boy. Don't waste your life here.. staring at me," Lilly said softly. A cocky smirk creeped across her pale features, there was hidden meaning behind that seemingly idle threat, but it was her secret to hold.

The boy remained silent for a moment as that comment sunk in. "I mean, I'll still be asleep either way," the Earthling replied. He sat down and crossed his legs and closed his eyes. Since this woman didn't apparent offer much conversation or something else or someother form of stimulation. Joseph decide to resume his meditation. He folded his arms and sat quietly.

"For now. Eventually you will waste away. Eventually you will die - the only question is who's is the last face you'll see?" Lilly said as she strode to the nearest rock formation and leaned the weight of her darkness enwrapped body against it. Was the formation there previously or had to come to her subconscious calling? It was truly something that she could not remember one way over the other.

The boy mused on the Lily's statement. He wasn't completely sure if he'd live long enough to waste away, but he wasn't sure he wouldn't either. He couldn't completely ideate how he thought his death would most likely come. "I don't know the answer to that myself."

"Maybe you should give it more thought," she suggested. For as many lives as Lilly had taken in her time, the thought crossed her mind if any of them had even considered the idea of being wiped from the world by her. "You should be staring at that face at any given time," she offered the thought before kicking a baseball sized rock at the meditating boy.

"Maybe," the kid replied simply. His mind lingered on the idea that he should stare at the last face he'd see at a given moment, but how could he decide that? There were many faces he saw regularly and he didn't know which was most likely to be his last. "How do I know if it's the right face?"
Joseph caught the rock launched towards him in his left hand, not bothering to turn his head to or open his eyes, he heard her kick it, felt it moving across the air and heard the whistle in the wind it incited. He folded his arms again and went back to meditating, listening for what the enigmatic woman would say or do next.

Being in the astral realm seemed to calm her nerves a bit more than usual, as the Celestial would likely be engaging in combat with the boy had they been together in person. It would appear the mark did not extent to the astral realm as much as she would have initially thought.
"What good does sitting there do?" the Celestial asked while launching yet another spherical rock toward the boy.

Joseph casually leaned back and let the next work speed passed him and went back to his first position. He didn't think much of the choice to throw rocks at him.
It seemed more playful than anything else. "Well, it's not the sitting here in particular," Joseph explained. "It's the meditation."
