Hunting Bug “We are… going for a stroll,” The creature had said, as darkness fell over the landscape. The Earth was a quiet, peaceful place when it wasn’t being conquered or blown up. The planet itself had a strange vibration to it as though it was attuned to itself all at once. Yet, this insectoid creature couldn’t help but feel some restlessness in its movements. It had done so well for these past few weeks on avoiding its urges. But it could no longer resist. The hunger had come over it. The Cell had been fasting during its training with Kami, and although it had kept its promise to not eat (any more) humans during its stay here on Earth, the hunger to hunt was unavoidable. It scoured the area for something to challenge it, something to play with. Honing in on a power level of acceptable strength, it whispered to the Jutters that had stuck with it. “Just gonna have a little play time. Not gonna eat. Not gonna bite. Might bite a little.”Setting the Jutters in sight of the confrontation, it said, “Time to get ready.” It took a jerky step forward and seemingly left an afterimage of itself. However, a moment later, the afterimage collapsed to the ground in a weightless lump of Cell skin. With it, the creature’s power level seemed to erupt into a more appropriate fighting level. “We aren’t going to sneak up on her. Not that kind of hunt. Just going to… surprise her.”The creature found her in a hiking trail in a quiet forest. Well. It had been quiet. Cell’s roaring hiss broke through the silence and caused an eruption of birds to flee from the trees. It landed hard on the ground before her, tail striking twice at her before it spun around and attempted a pair of slashing strikes. Since its sudden and violent exfoliation, it seemed as though its form had changed ever so slightly. It was a bit sleeker, sturdier and its eyes occasionally glowed red in the shining darkness. Its claws suddenly seemed to drip with a viscous fluid that hadn’t been there before. Leaping back to give her breathing room, the insectoid creature said, “Good evening. We are Cell. We are pleased to make your acquaintance. We… don’t know your name. But we smell strength. And we want to see it.”The creature closed the gap between them again with a flurry of strikes all over her form. It wasn’t aiming for pressure points or any type of dedicated fighting structure. Rather, it was attempting to come at her from all sides at once, like a swarm of wasps coming from a single being, each and every one of them intent on causing as much harm as possible. The dripping poison was unavoidable, but whether its sting took hold on her was something only time could tell. Actions: 1. Drop Weights (RP’d as shedding skin) Free. Unsupress to 300k. Free. The wilderness surrounded Kale as she continued down an unnamed hiking trail. The peacefulness of Earth's forests seemed to have some kind of relatively relaxing effect on the Saiyan girl, something she felt to be beneficiall in her attempts to calm her natural temper. So many powerful people had come around in her life lately that her rage was beginning to feel was beginning to feel like a prison she was struggling to escape. The more she wanted to grow stronger, the angrier she grew when people appeared stronger than her, and the more she felt at a stand-still of sorts in her attempts to surpass herself. Thus now she had decided to take time away from Roshi and his island and even the training room she had created on her ship in order to get a better handle on her anger.
As her foot met the ground she paused mid-stride, her tail twitching as her hair began to stand on end. Birds rushed from the tops of the trees as a loud hissing sound seemed to unnerve them in a similar manner as it did Kale. She didn't know what the source was, at least not until the visions began to flash before her eyes. A spectral image of some kind of bipedal creature lept into the middle of the path before her, a tail ending in a syringe-like spike lashing out to attempt to stab her twice in rapid succession. The phantasm dissipated shortly after the second stab, leaving the raven haired Saiyan unaware of what the creature would attempt next.
It was enough for her however as, like always, the visions put her on alert and allowed her a chance to prepare herself. Her ki slowly rose through her body until she felt it was enough, moving to defend herself as the creature's appearance followed as her vision predicted. Ever so slightly her body slid from side to side as the creature's tail struck the very spots she had foreseen prior. What hadn't been accounted for had been the two sets of sharpened talons that followed. Quickly assuming a semi-complete Tiger Stance the girl managed to swat away the monster's first claw before falling back and allowing the second to pass over her. As she fell, her tail helping to keep her from hitting the ground flat, her feet both lifted sharply and struck for the unknown monster's abdomen with enough force to launch him into the air. Letting the momentum of her feet carry her so that she flipped back to a standing, albeit crouched, position she shot up after the beast. Rushing above the monster Kale clasped her hands together and bringing them down with her full force into the creature's back.
Landing back to the ground, putting some space between her and the unnamed beast, Kale took a moment to recover her breathing, the rage behind her assault quelling as she did so. Once the monster was back it's feet it actually surprised Kale even more by speaking to her, giving her the name "Cell". Despite it's appearance this "Cell" creature had some sense of manners. Not that Kale particularly cared one way or the other if it did or didn't. It had attacked her out of the blue without her having ever met it before, all she cared about was putting it face-down into the dirt. "Kale" She offered her own name in the moment before the horror began to assault her with it's dripping claws.
Each one seemed to multiply around her, attempting to surround her as if trying to strike her from every possible spot all at once. Normally she wouldn't care about such meaningless things like sharp claws but the viscous liquid coating them was enough to cause her concerns. Doing what she could, fading in and out as she moved, Kale tried her best to avoid as many of the oncoming attacks as she possibly could. Unfortunately for it that actually only lasted until the last few seconds of Cell's attack, the claws slashing into her clothes and exposed skin. Thin red lines of blood began to bubble up in the cuts and those appearing under her now torn clothing began to soak the edged of the fabric slightly.

Hornet Sting
She was fast. The creature was alarmed that she could suddenly and seemingly without especially expended effort, dodge its twin tail strikes. Moving like the flowing river, she knocked aside one of the creature’s wild strikes, falling back to dodge the other. Leaping above The Cell, she came down with a hard double hammer-fist strike. It was only the most unnatural of instincts that kept the creature from harm, pulling backwards and gliding down with her as she struck. Its brownish beak was mere millimeters from her fist as the two traveled down. The rest followed as planned, with mutual introductions and an opening round of combat. But her speed was, again, surprising. For all of its quick and unpredictable strikes, she seemed to have mastered the sight to keep up with its puncturing blows. Eventually the rapidity and constant barrage of its attacks won out, leading to several piercing blots of red to appear on the Saiyan's skin. “Pleasure to meet you Kale.” It remarked, “You are fast. We are impressed.”As it pulled away from its poison bombardment, it had seemingly grabbed a small pouch from somewhere on her person, “Won’t be needing this.” It tossed the bag over its shoulder and its contents were caught by its tail, sucked into the appendage like one would Kobe crumpled paper into a nearby trash basket. The creature slowly lifted off the ground. Not too high. A couple of centimeters at most. Its wings flitted to life as though they were powering the flight, but were mostly just for effect. “Someone in here had a run in with a wasp nest once. Traveling with a companion who threw a rock at a tree. Didn’t hit the tree. Froze very still. Said that if you show no fear, the wasps don’t know to attack you. Wasps smell the fear, know who to attack. Companion was afraid. Companion succumbed to the stings." The creature's form was just high enough to block the lights behind it, giving itself a strange aura that seemed to contrast its flickering red eyes. "Kale… are you afraid?”The Cell began to spin around her in a mad frenzy of flight. After a moment of swirling up a small whirlwind, the strikes began anew. No two came from the same place. Each one sought fresh skin, tearing new holes into the creature that had, moments ago, surely been enjoying a calm and quiet hike. Now, she had to deal with an unfortunate aspect of nature. It must have seemed to be an endless hurricane of piercing strikes, pointed claws moving in and out as though the creature had multiplied its appendages. Five was apparently not frightening enough. Enough being enough was something that the creature had never learned. The attacks continued, entering the double digits in a matter of moments. From in front or behind, above and below, keeping a constant spin while somehow changing direction so as to be as unpredictable as possible. The stings prior had been just a warning of the battery to come. Rounding beyond twenty strikes, the creature did not wait to see what effect had occurred, or if she was even injured. All at once, it stopped. The wind went still, the pricking stings came to an end. In their place was a single, malicious strike that attempted to claw across and into the Saiyan’s back. Leaping backward with an end to its flight, the Cell took what looked like was an imitation of a stance it had once seen in a magazine but could barely remember now, because perhaps the page had been soaked in water, or otherwise distorted. Nonetheless, this creature, in its imperfections, seemed to be somewhat disturbing. “This is a good warm up. You are a good warm up partner. We are enjoying this.”Actions: Free. This....THING, this "Cell" was clearly showing off to Kale that it was faster than her. As much as she hated, HATED to admit it, it was also proving to be yet another being more powerful than she herself was. "Cell" had even managed to avoid her own counter rather flawlessly. "Cel" took the moment between the pair trading blows to question Kale, asking if she was afraid after having given her what she would classify as easily the most disturbing story she had heard to date. It didn't scare her or cause her fear but it did unnerve her, and even then it was only a single aspect of the story that did so. "Cell's" phrasing, it's mentioning of "someone in here". That confused her, the possible implications weighing heavy on the back of her mind as she stared the creature down.
"I'm not afraid of an overgrown cockroach like you." She hissed at the horror. As proof she chose to accept the surging wave of attacks "Cell" head-on. The talons on it's fingers slashing and ripping through her skin from all angles, the speed of the attacks making her second guess how well she had managed to handle it's "greeting". Had she really been fast enough to dodge it's attacks after her vision had ended? Had it simply been pulling it's punches just because it felt like it would be saying hello? Or had she simply just gotten by on dumb luck?
The questions were shelved as "Cell's" claws raked through her flesh, slash after slash, as it rushed around her in a small cyclone of blades. Stumbling forward she felt the pain from the creature's final slash along her back, cutting deeper into her than it's other attacks had. She remained standing however, her fists clenching tighter and tighter as she stood hunched over facing away from her attacker. Her anger was starting to bubble to the surface, overriding her other emotions. Someone, no, SOMETHING else that was stronger than her. That was making her seem like an utter fool and a total weakling. Small sparks of her emerald colored ki danced around her form, her hair momentarily lifting for a save few seconds before she turned on the spot and glared at "Cell" with eyes radiating with that same emerald green ki.
If "Cell" wanted to fight with claws then Kale would meet that challenge herself. Each of her hands radiated her ki as it formed into a pair of flat points, not unlike blades, sticking forward from her knuckles on each hand. If one were to compare the style they could say the ki blades were relatively similar to those of the punching knives she had seen rare Shadowguard members use in training. The Saiyan didn't slow things down there. Literally. Her form flickered as she seemed to shoot forward, yet remained in the same spot all at the same time. Her right fist would be the first that she would drive into the monster's form, aiming to skewer it onto the ki knives she had sprouted. She didn't know how much of this thing's anatomy was similar to hers or even to an Earthling's but she aimed her next strike, a left jab, at the creature's side before following up with another jab to the right. Another left jab followed that. Finally ending with an attempted uppercut, the blades of energy still protruding from her knuckles, aiming to impale the underside of "Cell's" head.
With her rapid combo coming to an end Kale took a swift, deep breath with the final uppercut. As she pulled back her fist she expelled a stream of flames from her lips, intent on bathing the giant bug in her flames. She didn't know if "Cell" was as flammable as a normal insect but she really hoped it was.

Hercules Beetle
This was it, this was what the Cell had been searching for. She threw insults, she flared to life with rage, she fought back. A warrior that was willing to stand up to its own demise and scream into the darkness. That was the kind of being that the Creature had been wanting to challenge itself against. She stood still as a statue against its onslaught as the Cell’s piercing claws tore into her flesh like an enraged swarm of hornets, unmoving and unwavering as the Cell felt her rage build and engulf any pain that would overcome a normal fighter. As soon as it let go and took a break for a conversation, she took the offensive rather than taking the rest. Another admirable feat. With wide eyes the creature noticed her onslaught. Her attacks came quicker than the Cell had imagined. Igniting from her hands into blades of her own, she took into assault. The multiple copies would have been extremely difficult to follow, and thus the Creature decided to err on the side of safety. A green bubble of energy appeared around it, molding to its insectoid form as the bladed attacks came, one after another. Although the Cell had protected itself from the bulk of the attacks, the piercing its exoskeletal structure with bodkins of ki. Her final uppercut shattered the bulk of its barrier, leaving only the tiniest remnant to protect against the flame that jutted from her maw following the daggerfest. The creature stumbled backwards and shook itself like a wet dog. It brushed a bit of blood from its chin and examined it. “Wasn’t expecting that. Unexpected.” It sucked the blood from its fingertip as one would expect from a creepy bug thing. “Lots of knives. More knives than we wanted, but we understand the knife concept. Claws and knives and lots of bleeding. It’s good. Blood’s good. Inside peeking outside, shows vulnerability. Kale isn’t immortal, Cell isn’t immortal. Just really, really strong.”On that note, it lurched forward in a burst of unpredictable speed, smashing its fist into her jaw with a shattering uppercut, then repeating the process in an attempt to send her into the air. It raced her to the zenith of the ascent, looping above her and performed a complete aerial spin, slamming her back towards the ground with a full force tail slam. But that didn’t seem to be the end of its frightening offensive. It shot back down in time to land below her and once again tail slam her back into the air, turning the fighter into a yo-yo in more ways than one. Tracing her flight path upwards, it met her with another vicious claw slash to the back, before spinning around and tail smashing her twice in the small of her back. Bringing one final fist up, it sent a shattering hammer fist down into her. And with unrelenting force, followed her back to the ground. Again its fists seemed to multiply as it changed from stinging barbs to straight out punches, aiming to pummel her into the ground with enough force as to crater her into the dirt pathway itself. A dozen pummeling strikes at her midsection with the creature letting out a hissing growl sought to bury her in the terra below. 1. Kale had thought she had made some kind of headway fighting back against the monsterous entity that had jumped her, the daggers of ki extending from her knuckles would have dug into the giant insectoid's form before she would set it ablaze with the flames from deep in her belly. Yet it didn't actually play out that way. There was some kind of resistance to the impacts of her punches. Even her flames seemed to be rather uneffective at doing more than catching "Cell" off guard. The monster's act of wiping blood from under it's chin at least confirmed for Kale that she had done some form of damage to it, even if it hadn't been the optimal amount she had been intending.
The horror before he spoke once more, complimenting the Saiyan on her unexpected tactics and her use of her ki knives. It sang about how they were similar to it's own claws. Beyond that, however, it's words were an almost random jumble of things about claws, knives, blood and neither of them being immortal. Not like Kale didn't exactly wish she was at this moment, it'd probably put her closer to an even playing field with this thing if she were. All she cared about though would be just surviving this attack. She knew that the Earthlings had a saying that, more than any other, described her race far too perfectly. Something along the lines of "whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger", if her memory served proper.
"Cell's" realiation came swiftly in the form of launching her into the air via a savage uppercut to the underside of her lower jaw. She assumed she had hit the peak of her ascent when the feeling of "Cell's" tail slammed into her back like a massive force that managed to force her to hurl down against the force and momentum that sent her into the air in the first place and down into the hard ground of the hiking path. Unfortunately for her it wasn't such a simple matter as that. Instead "Cell" decided to increase the amount of damage she would receive upon landing by rushing her once more, his claws slashing yet more gashes into her back before striking her in the very same spot with what she was only certain was it's tail, given the similar feeling of her encounter with it prior, twice in succession before driving it's fist.
If she were going to be honest she would actually admit that the most painful part of it all was striking the ground head-on with her sizable bust first. The tender mounds accumulating an immense amount of pain in an instant. That feeling made her remain against the ground, the pain from her chest actually numbing the pain of her back as she managed to shakily get to her feet. However she managed it Kale didn't know but somehow she was able to stay standing as "Cell" resumed hurling punch after punch after punch at her in rapid succession.
She needed some kind of edge. At this rate she'd be more than amazed if she even managed to make it through this with even a thread of her life still in tact. If she wasn't going to be able to keep up with "Cell's" speed by herself, perhaps she'd be able to use the power of greater numbers to help her keep pace. It was actually a rather interesting sight to see Kale multiply from a single entity into two. In a way it almost seemed like she was shedding her former self as a second Kale seemed to step forward right out from her front. Luckily the duplicate was still just as much "Kale" as the actual Kale as it gave her the very information she needed to put Kale "prime's" plan into action.
The duplicate Kale began to fly up, bursting through the tops of the forest trees as Kale "prime" remained on the ground with "Cell". The first part of the plan was to cause confusion in the monster, make it wonder what could possibly be going on with the added Kale that had taken off almost immediately. But Kale's plan didn't stop with something so simple. No there was more for her to do than just try and use a double to confuse her enemy. Part of her spending so much time on Earth had required her to do some research for her own safety. Namely that of learning the planet's lunar cycles. She didn't need to be unexpectedly changing from a random full moon that she hadn't been expecting after all. That research was what brought her double above the tree line, so that she could set her eyes on that full orb illuminating the sky.
Kale "prime" knew it was a gamble. She wasn't like the other Saiyans on Vegeta or even Valhalla that were capable of keeping their minds when they changed into Oozaru and by that she knew her doppleganger wouldn't be anything more than a wild, ravenous beast in it's own right. But it would serve a proper purpose anyway.
Almost on cue the thundering roar of the Great Ape shook the very ground the duo stood on, what animals that remained in the area scattering out of pure, primal fear as fast as they could less they be subject to the crushing impact of the giant ape foot as it came down on top of "Cell". Kale had yet to meet a Saiyan that could continue to fly while in their giant Oozaru form and thankfully her double was aware of this. It seemed she had attempted to position herself just right so that once she transformed she would come crashing down with all of her mass atop of the humanoid insect. Kale "prime" would end up using the distraction to put space between herself and "Cell", her Oozaru self beginning to stomp about wildly as she roared, leveling the trees around the path without even a first thought, let alone a second.
I main Kale used the distance and distraction to attempt to fix herself up as best, and as quickly, as she possibly could. Her hands swiftly searched her belt for the bag of Sensu beans she kept on hand for times such as these but found them to be missing. That was a fact that worried her, but not enough to deter her from the moment she had given herself to breath. Deciding to worry about the missing beans later she quickly went about to her backup plan and produced two small vials, removing the seals and pouring the contents of both into her mouth at the same time. She could feel the liquids going to work, the potion restoring a small percentage of her ki while the other vial's contents began to invigorate her, her energy rushing through her body to push her through the pain of "Cell's" previous attacks and dull her body enough to continue on for just a short time longer.

So I really like what Kale is doing here. I've gotten a really good idea of the character, her feelings, and stance on the entire battle. You're taking your hits sometimes better than Cell is describing them, which is always great. Resetting the pace with a planned assault was good too. HOWEVER, and I recommend this to everyone, you would likely benefit a great deal from reading over your post one more time before posting it. There's some repeated words and phrases, messy lines that could have been cleaned up better, and just things that disrupt the flow of your post that really bring your writing down.
I love Cell. He's so cute in his menacing way, and I like seeing him "warm up" to Kale, but a lot of the physicals have been FLURRY OF FISTS. Which you know, 30 QAs is difficult to write in general but could have used a bit more flare. He also feels a little less invested in the battle currently, even though he started it, and Kale seems more in control despite being on the defensive so much. Over all much better flow and good writing though. You've built stuff off of Kale's writing really well too, and I like how even small movements and gestures are played out.
I'mma give the RP Award to Kale this go around, but it'll be tough keeping it!

Reminders: When suppressed, I also suppress individual stats, but Cell's str and tou are still about double Kale's so dem physicals add up. Cell also has 14% DMG Reduction.

Squirm
Watching Kale stay standing as the Cell beat into her was more than a little surprising. Weaker opponents had and would continue to collapse under the weight of the Creature’s might. The two stared at each other for an instant, which seemed to drag on. As the combat grew serious, the young Saiyan seemed to step out of herself, much as Cell had done prior to stalking her and initiating the battle. The major difference was that the other Kale remained as well, with what Cell felt to be a smug smirk. Was it? It didn’t seem to matter in reality, because it was what Cell perceived. Before the Creature could make some kind of remark, one of the Kales flew into the sky to clear the forest’s canopy. A piercing roar broke through the relative silence of their battle to this point, and the Cell looked up just in time to see a massive simian foot coming down on it. Moving on pure instinct like a roach escaping sunlight, the Creature broke into all fours and scampered away from the giant ape’s foot in order to escape the brunt of its wrath. Keeping in a quadrupedal state, the Monster stared up as the simian began to rage across the forest. Leaping from tree to tree, the Cell was barely able to escape the movements until suddenly it wasn’t. Thrown against a trunk like refuse against a garbage can, the Creature scrambled back to all fours and stared at the Giant Ape above it. It tossed a glance at the original Kale, who seemed to be taking advantage of the Creature’s panic by dosing herself for the next round of the fight. The Cell’s eyes darted hither and yon, but it kept returning to the giant monkey. It felt so small against this massive creature. It felt… Like an insect. With an incensed hiss, the Creature leapt into the sky, its aura igniting in a reddish hue. “NO!!” It shouted suddenly, maddeningly “NOT AGAIN. NOT EVER EVER AGAIN. NO MORE TEST TUBES. NO MORE EXPERIMENTS. NO MORE BUG!!” Bits of aura seemed to solidify around it and it grabbed at them frantically as though it would dissipate if it didn’t collect enough. Gathering the ki into a massive ball, it sent the pieces shooting around the entire forest, setting it aflame even as the Creature began to fall towards the ground. “ALL BURNS! ALL FIRES!! WE ARE NOT AN INSECT!! WE ARE NOT A BUG!! WE ARE THE CELL!!”The ki that it was creating wasn’t refined or elegant. It was creating coarse, rough piles of energy and molding them forcefully into its desired shapes. A long, oblong frisbee of buzzing energy went flying at the Kale Prime while the Cell sent a straight laser of pure energy at the giant ape. It didn’t know how she had achieved this transformation and therefore didn’t know how to make her stop. The knowledge was likely locked away somewhere inside the Creature, but since it wasn’t taking the time to listen or focus, it wasn’t actively going to find a way. It was simply going to make everything burn. 1. Evasion vs Deca-A2. Free. Get freaked out by the rampage and squished a little. 2. Fly+Aura (-2.1%) 3. Sunstone Shard. 4. Kale had to admit, she was a little surprised that had actually worked so well. Her double had transformed successfully and had bought her enough time to down her cocktail mix without interruption. Her Oozaru self even managed to send "Cell" into a bit of a panic, causing him to scuttle around on all fours like the oversized insect he resembled. It almost brought a pained chuckle to the injured Saiyan's lips watching her foe. At least until "Cell" began to shout out, threatening to even drown out the raging giant ape there with them. She could hear the fear in the monster's voice as it shouted about "no more experiments" and "no more test tubes", wondering slightly just what that actually meant, before the creature began to scatter ki all through the forest. The trees caught fire when struck by the insectoid's attack, the ki continuing to rain down like ember snowflakes. Kale's double paused in her rampage, the ki speckling her and lighting patches of her fur aflame just like the trees under her.
Kale Prime, however, did her best to dance through the falling attack. Her form slipping in and out from the physical realm as she skirted around the forest their fight was rapidly destroying. She hated to admit as much but she was actually pretty glad that her Oozaru self was so much larger than she herself actually was. It actually made it easier for the smaller Kale prime to use her double as cover, keeping as close to the colassal ape as she could. She knew that once she was gone however she would be absorbing all of the damage her double had aquired.
The monster known as "Cell" seemed to start splitting it's attacks between each of Kale's forms, hurling a disk of spinning, compressed ki at Kale prime while a beam was fired at her double. And that was perfect for her. With "Cell" in such a panic it was an easy enough matter to end her duplication technique, sadly not before the beam could strike Kale's double. The giant ape vanished as quickly as it had appeared from above the insect, the beam shot at her striking her moments before she began to fade. The now complete Kale didn't find any reason to worry about the oncoming disk of compressed ki, instead absorbing it into her body the second it made contact with her skin. Flames erupted around her form, wreathing her like some form of armor as it converted the recently absorbed ki. This was likely the absolute best chance she would have to take the battle and turn it to her advantage.
Setting her eyes squarely on "Cell" Kale made her move, rushing for the beast as ki gathered into her right palm, radiating in that emerald color her other ki attacks all shared. Yet the ki pulsated, streaming from between her fingers as she gathered the glowing energy with each step she took. Her plan was a simple one, shove her attack right into "Cell's" face directly. By the time she would reach the obvious test subject her attack would finish charging. "Suck on this freak! FINAL SHINE ATTACK!" Kale cried, her foot digging into the ground as she stomped at a halt right in front of "Cell", thrusting the hand full of ki right into the bug man before releasing it off in the form of a massive beam of pure energy.
Finding now to be the perfect time Kale used the blindingly bright radiance of her Final Shine to mask the glow of the sigil around her neck as it activated, hanging down under her shirt and between her bust. She could feel the sigil's healing effects on her body as the ki from her attack began to fade.

Frenzy
From a lovely little hunt, things had turned a little interesting. Things had turned to panic. The Cell was breathing heavily, not due to fear but due to general anxiety of the situation. Its shoulders were heaving and its aura was dancing around spasmodically as it analyzed what was left of the battlefield. This lovely little walking path was engulfed in flames and death. The Cell hit the ground hard as the giant monkey creature disappeared. “ A shadow? A whisper? Never a real monkey. Hit like a real monkey. A real big monkey.” It murmured under its breath like a curse or a prayer, not meant for anyone but itself. When it whirled around, the Saiyan that called herself Kale — the real one — was charging a massive emerald wave of ki while heading straight towards the Creature. A million thoughts from a million different entities raced through the Cell’s mind. Calm down. Get in line. Gonna need everyone's help with this one.The energy she was charging was outrageous and uncountable. If the Cell decided to take it head on with a beam of its own, it would likely destroy more than the area upon which they were currently battling. Even more dangerous, she seemed to be aiming to jam it right into the Creature’s face. Rather than be afraid, this time, the Cell decided to do the exact opposite. Its aura flared into existence anew, this time coupled with a strange greenish hue that appeared to be made entirely of wailing souls attempting to escape the Creature’s personal space. As she rushed towards the monster, the monster rushed towards her. When she stopped to push the energy forward, the Cell slammed its heel into the ground and rocketed backwards. It kept its hand out at the distance that it wanted the beam to keep away. Planned or unplanned, the beam moved at such speed that it began to eat away at the Cell’s arm. Despite leaving occasional blurs of speed as a shadow, the speed didn’t quite defeat the speed of the actual beam of energy. Letting out a shout of pain and rage, the creature’s arm was atomized bit by bit as it kept the beam’s nexus at a distance. About the time that it was down to the elbow, the creature pushed up and into the air, just above the beam and flying above it. The act of doing so cost the creature the rest of its arm, a green flap of left over skin and sinew dripping blood onto the plasmatic energy stream that flew just under it. The creature’s inherent regenerative properties began to fight back against the lost limb, a bone jutted from its empty socket, cursed and shattered. The soft tissue came next, muscles spinning around the creature’s right arm and forcing itself to hold against the plasma. As the creature rushed back towards the young Saiyan, its still in-tact arm jutted forward with a single fist headed straight for her. Her hands were occupied, her energy pulsating through the air to its inevitable terminus, but the creature was heading straight toward her with almost the speed of her own beam. As she had taken the Cell’s arm, the Creature aimed to take hers as well. The wailing souls surrounding its body seemed to be aiming as well, working in perfect tangent with the Creature itself with one particular goal: Take this girl down. It reached the zenith of its attack, in success or failure, and looked at its own right arm. The skin was in the process of following through, snaking across the rest of the arm. Without waiting for it to fully finish, the creature’s raw muscle and claws went into work on her body once more. Slashing anew with vigor and power unseen until this point, a deluge of claws attempted to tear into her. The power of its attacks increased with every clawing strike. It hadn’t seemed to appreciate the beam of destructive power right in its face, and showing her her own organs was the best way of letting her know. Free. Unsuppress to 75% 1. Kale had to give "Cell" credit. The creature didn't run from her attack. Instead it chose to meet her head-on, rushing her as she rushed it. It even sacrificed it's own arm in an attempt to hold back as much of her Final Shine Attack as it could before finally flying off into the sky. The whole act was actually enough for her to develope some iota of respect for the terror now above her. She supposed that was why she was still determined to try and land one final blow on the monster despite her clearly being overwhelmed by "Cell's" immense increase in power prior to it's attempt at "tanking" her beam. She was hot headed and stubborn but not stupid. She knew she was officially in far too deep over her head at this point.
Yet still there was a kind of rush, a thrill even, that this fight had ignited inside the young Saiyan woman. Especially once "Cell" decided it would sacrifice it's own arm to pull that stunt of physically holding back her beam of raw ki the way it did. She saw it floating there above her, watching with some genuine awe at the fact it was regenerating that very limb before her eyes. If she were anyone else, honestly, she'd likely have found the sight of broken bones molding into existence with fresh muscle and sinew coiling them at almost the same rate to be a truly grotesque sight. Yet, because it was her, she actually found it interesting and, dare she say, even somewhat hypnotizing.
At least for the few brief seconds it remained airborne before deciding to make a dive straight for her. Filling her lungs Kale let out a fierce battle roar not unlike that of the mighty Oozaru she had conjured earlier in the battle, the sound waves almost a physical manifestation as they echoed out from her mouth. She had decided she wouldn't back down. She would give this monster the proper respect of meeting it head on, accepting it's charge and even it's follow-up attacks as she prepared for her finale. Doing the best she could Kale flickered left and right as fast as she could possibly move, attempting to avoid as many of the following swipes as she could before her opponent finally was finally where she wanted it. Fighting through the pain of "Cell's" claws and reforming limb slashing through her body she chose to pull a similar stunt to the one that atomized the horror's old arm.
Yet rather instead of a single orb of ki collecting in her right hand this time the action was also mirrored in her left. The identical orbs pulsated as they grew larger and stronger as she charged as much of her remaining ki into them as she could. Which, given she had found the opportunities to recover a good majority of what she had already expanded, was actually more of a surplus than one would have imagined she had at this point. Pushing herself past her limits, her own energy surrounding her, she felt something. Almost as if she had found that limit she had become aware of within herself beginning to crack. It didn't feel as if it would completely crumble in this moment but the feeling was more than enough for her to understand that she was on the verge of a breakthrough to some new level of herself. She hadn't noticed but streaks of gold momentarily flashed through her ebony locks as her aura lifted her hair as her attack continued to charge.
Finally she brought both her hands together, slamming the individual spheres of ki into a single mass between her and "Cell". "FINAL FLASH!" She screamed, the attack exploding out in front of her. She knew of her two "flashy" techniques she had acquired from the King this was actually the weaker of the two. But it was her final card, her ace in the hole if it were, and now was going to be her best chance to use it. All her remaining ki was going into this attack, evidenced by the fact that even though the beam grew weaker and actually smaller she continued to release it into the monster that had stalked her into these now blazing woods.

Juturna watched the battle from her perch. Cell had left her a ways away, but she had since used her quick spider legs to get her to a better view point. They were also used to escape the carnage. If Cell was afraid of being squished like a bug, the actually spider sized drone had much more to lose. It didn't have to focus on fighting though. All it did was scurry about and record the battle, and what a battle.
The one called Kale was faltering. From the beginning she had faced up against Cell's superior strength as the creature beat into her flesh. In Ouzaru form she had taken even more bodily damage before the giant ape was recalled not by will but by being knocked unconscious. The damage carried over to Kale Prime and finally she took Cell's dive head on. Well, arm on. The Creature slammed through it even as the ki of his attack was dissipated, and with pure strength alone, he crashed into her arm, shoulder, and side--and kept going. He ripped her arm clean off leaving heavy damage to her already beaten side as well. She managed to dodge a few more hits but the final blows plowed into her softened muscle and into her bones. At this point in the battle, she had lost her arm, her right ribs were broken, clawed gashes all over the body were still bleeding, and overall movement would be far more difficult. She was Near Death
Cell almost got squished, but he was a durable little bug. Juturna added to her notes on Cell when he took the could have been devastating attack. His power poured out to fight against it and his speed increased to give him the edge in avoiding most of the attack. It took his arm, likely sending the creature into a crazy amount of pain from the pure damage it unleashed on the flesh, tearing it apart into chunks and globs of broken bone. But Cell was a strange creature, as was proven. His power level drooped a little under the weight of this damage but his strength held steady, and soon the bio-android used his Namekian genes to regrow the limb, healing damage but still taking a chunk of his vital energy.

Jumping on Kale's side Base PL: 735,146 Gotta Squish That Bug After his most recent meeting with Azazel, Burter made a decision that it was time for he and his best friend to get to work. They were both strong, but suddenly they found themselves involved in something far larger than anything they'd been part of before. The days of facing down legions of enemy grunts were over - now they would be fighting individuals like the Demonic Prince, or even the Cosmic Emperor.
Titans of battle.
"We aint in Kansas anymore," Burter said into his scouter. "We gotta get to work, nigga."
On the other end of the comlink Jeice sighed. "Alright, alright. Meet me back at the Aurora and we can talk," he replied.
"That's a bet, nephew," Burter said with a grin. Jeice dropped his ship's coordinates and then killed the link. Eager to get started on his next level of training alongside his closest ally, the Na'Vadian rose into the air and began his ascent through the atmosphere where the PTS Aurora waited in low-Earth orbit.
Long before he reached his destination though, a blip on his scouter brought his head whipping around. A massive powerlevel had just announced its presence. Now focused on the area the soldier picked up a smaller ki signature as well, though its signal was far weaker. He had no idea what he was getting himself involved in, but turning down the chance to get in that kind of trouble was too much for him to pass up.
"I guess Jeice is gonna have to wait," he said out loud. Before the big reading could go into hiding again the Na'Vadian launched himself towards what he presumed had to be a battle of some kind.
Within minutes his suspicions were confirmed with the sight of two combatants going at it ferociously. He arrived just in time to see a young girl with blood gushing from numerous injuries. He'd seen the look of a fighter, though, and she had it. With what must have been some of the last of her energy reserves the girl managed to unleash an impressive attack to say the least.
For a few seconds Burter allowed his mind to catch up with what his eyes were seeing. The creature at the wrong end of the girl's desperate manuever was perhaps one of the strangest looking things the Na'Vadian had ever seen. He was clearly sentient, but his insect-like features made him grotesque.
"She's gonna need help squishing that bitch," he muttered. With a brilliant flash of light his body became coated in black flames that slowly settled to cover his feet in a heat-less inferno. His pupils glowed red as his canines elongated, sticking out of the corners of his mouth. Rather than pumping up, Burter's body actually became leaner with this not-inconsequential power boost. At his hand his Dark Ring - an ancient artifact of immense power according to Azazel - glowed as if it had just been pulled from the fires of Hell itself.
"Did someone call an exterminator?" he called out with a grin. "How you gonna beat up on a pretty lil lady like this? I never fucked with bugs anyways!" The Na'Vadian decided to attack while the creature still had to deal with his previous prey's energy beams - it was the kind of tactical decision that Jeice would have suggested.
With a trail of obsidian-colored flames behind him, Burter rushed towards his new opponent. In one hand he created a spinning disc of destruction and in the other a pair of bolas appeared. With a grunt he launched the stringed energy balls at the bug's feet and then, spinning his entire body for momentum, he sent the razor-thin energy disc at his target's waist.
Raising his hand out to his side Burter called to his spear. As always, it responded to his call, materializing from thin air. He aimed the blackened point towards his rapidly approaching foe and from it an energy net sprouted, blanketing over the bug's position just as the Planet Trade soldier brought the butt-end of his spear down hard towards the top of the creature's head. It was not his most eloquent of attacks, but it would serve its purpose.

The Little One Stopped...
At this point the Cell had made its point and had its fun, more-so even. Under the guidance of Kami, it had been strictly forbidden from killing and eating. Thus, when the Kale got to this point, the Cell began to worry more than a bit. “ We seem to have gone a little too far. Master Kami would not be pleased. Perhaps we should—“ When it saw the fire in her eyes it knew that she, like the Cell was a hunter. She would not go down unless she went down swinging. The Creature respected that. She extended her body to a spread eagle ki charge, ignoring the fact that she was missing more than a quarter of her body. There seemed to be more than a bit of phantom limb syndrome happening, as she seemed to be charging ki from an appendage that was no longer there. She fired her strongest beam which, at moments earlier in the fight would have been an outrageous challenge to him. But at this point, with their supreme power differential and the distance between them, it took a mere burst of speed to avert the bulk of the beam. It reappeared midair as the beam weakened to the point of a massive ki decrease. Cell dropped down between her and her beam, the souls extending from its aura acting as miniature shields between it and its owner. Only the faintest traces of the beam remained as the Cell’s hand closed over Kale’s. “Done now,” It said in a kind but firm voice, “We wanted a challenge, the Kale gave it to us. Should do this another—“It twitched and its eyes shot towards the edges of the battlefield as another being threw itself into the fray. For a moment, the Cell considered that yet another Cell had appeared. It had suspected that another insectoid creature existed elsewhere, but as it called out a declaration of not fucking with bugs Rude and firing a shower of techniques. A pair of energy bolas wrapped around its legs before the ki barrier devoured a portion of the ki disc, the rest of which tore into the Creature’s skin. Painful and rude.Followed by a strange net of energy almost invisible to the naked eye, uncomfortable and sticky, and one final devastating smash to the head that seemed to actually send the creature stumbling back. That one actually hurt. Brain scrambled. Omelettes on sale. Perhaps curiously, even as the Creature was overwhelmed by the quick onslaught of attacks, it had moved in front of the Saiyan, to ensure the attacks didn’t spread to her. Following the final hit to the skull, which had caused Cell’s eyes bugging out like an 80s gag manga, the creature stood up and said, “Why’s the hitting, Turtlebug? Not a Cell too?” Putting together all of the pieces the Creature looked from the Shell-less Turtle to the Saiyan, “ Not with you? Didn’t call for help.” Then back to the Turtlebug, “ Great sexism, but not your fight.” It crossed back towards the Saiyan and said, “ Went looking for a fight, found one. Good times,” From its tail popped a bag of Senzu beans, wrapped in a strange film as though cocooned. It tore the cocoon open and fed her one of the beans, “ Hurry. Eat this. Things were wrapping up as Kale was expecting them to, except for the fact she was now missing an arm. She hadn't noticed that as she was lost in the rush of firing her final attack. The Final Flash had been that much harder to control once she launched it given this fact. It was actually a surprise when "Cell" landed before her, gently closing it's hand around hers while telling her that the fight was over. The creature had seemed to only have wanted a challenge and that it had found it in Kale. Before it could finish suggesting they battle again once Kale had recovered the creature was cut-off by a new arrival from the flaming forest.
Kale fell victim to her wounds, the physical damage finally catching up with her rapidly draining adrenaline and sending the young Saiyan woman to her knees. Her remaining hand moved to the spot her where her other arm was previously located, finally noting the missing limb. She was helpless to stop the newcomer's attacks against her newfound friend(?). She clearly knew that Cell shouldn't be worth her worry, given she had seen the humanoid literally regrow it's limb before her very eyes, yet she had developed a sort of kinship with the insectoid in the span of their ruining the forest. It weighed heavier on her shoulders when she saw Cell recover from the newcomer's initial "greeting" only to position itself between the towering blue hunter and herself, as if trying to defend her in her vulnerable state.
Thankfully Cell seemed to understand that this surprise attack against the insectoid wasn't Kale's doing, gathering that she hadn't called for help. The monster approached her, complimenting her about their fight as it produced a familiar looking bag from the end of it's tail. Her Sensu Beans? When did it take them? Not that it mattered. She was just thankful for Cell taking one of the beans and placing it into her mouth. At the very least she was able to get back to her feet once she had swallowed the bean, the bleeding of her cuts and her missing limb halting almost immediately. She still wouldn't be in any kind of fighting shape however, and Cell more than knew this. The creature told her to get away, to train up and get stronger so they could fight again. It even offered to bring her to one of the healing pods her people typically used.
"I have a healing pod of my own Cell. I can make it back to it." It was a blow to the Saiyan's pride that she had to turn her back on the creature that had basically just taken up the role of her defender. "Keep the rest of those beans; and don't let this freak kill you." She said to Cell over her shoulder as a kind of goodbye. Her ki would flare up around her as she instantly took off in flight, attempting to leave behind the green skinned being to face it's fate.
