Instantly adds a level 1, level 2, or level 3 rune onto an item of your choice (does not need to be inscribed). If used to add a level 2 rune that increases a stat or trait in battle, you may ignore the "only one of each level 2 rune" clause (for example if you already have a Rage rune on this or another item, you can still add a Rage rune with this). Limit to use 1.
Cost: 500 zeni
This item will become available starting today and will no longer be available for purchase on December 1, 2019.
