"Gracelander products. It's been a while since I've been on Grace,"Hayami murmured, before she smiled over at the red haired demon. "I mean, I just have a few houses. A whole city though? Maybe not that hard to hold onto compared to the parts of the Damaskia military you hold onto." She teased him lightly, but they both understood that it was just in playful fun. Right?

“I’ll delegate,” Yan replied with a sly smile. “A lot.”
Running a city was no joke, probably, but Yan had little plans of actually running things. He had contacts including Keliouxan officials and tradesmen that would keep things rolling smoothly. It was costing him a small fortune but where else was his money going to go?
“I’d certainly hope no one is constantly plotting my downfall to take the city...” he added thoughtfully to her words about the Damaskian military. It might have surprised her a little to think of Yan’s position under threat, but the monstrous stories Hikari told her always had a true base that might have become exaggerated.

The Celestial rose an eyebrow before she chuckled. "I expect no less, Yan," she reply. He wasn't someone like Yan to be any different. As she sat back, the Celestial brought the jar of the water up with her telekinetic powers and shoved it into a shelf.
"So, what kind of city? A regular one, a scholarly one, or industrial?" Hayami was finally able to ask about other's things that didn't really involve her. Things that didn't effect her.

“A battle city,” Yan said with a grin. “I wanna create a stadium that can surpass Arlia’s using the various technologies. These days Tom, Dick, and Harry all have power levels hundreds of times the normal civilian. I want a place that can contain that power.”

"Contain or study?" She grinned slyly at the demon. Questions had ways to reveal things to her. So long as Yan wasn't careful, she got maybe get information from him. Of course, she expected he was well aware of that. However, sometimes he did play along. But he seemed rather forward this time, so she'd see.

“I just wanna see people blow themselves up without losing an entire city with them,” Yan offered with a small shrug. “When I fought with Chaos on Namek it was annoying trying not to wipe out the villages surrounding us. Not to say those types of to the death battles would find their way to Crater City, but its an intriguing option.”

"Yeah mean like when you captured Daji and myself as well?" While she might have let that bother her before, she showed that it was fine now. She had hated him, wanted him gone from her life, but it wasn't like she didn't need it. Powers in the universe now did need a way to vent...
"Yes, that does make sense. I didn't know you fought my father recently." She didn't know if Yan was dead or if Chaos was dead, she'd have to ask later.

“Oh, this was awhile ago,” Yan said about Chaos. He wasn’t talking about their most recent fight but the one that had happened a year prior. “Back when Namek and Damaskia were working on reforging an alliance,” he explained. “Now Namek is Cosmic Trash. I couldn’t care less about its villages.”
It was a bit cruel of him, and there were still people and Namek he wished the best for, but his concern was gone. They could fend for themselves now, especially against their should be ‘protectors.’ Funny how in their most recent battle the one who caused the most damage to Namek was once again, the new Lord of the place.
