"I suppose it's better than him staring after me?" The Celestial offered. It was better than they kept his eyes off her, but if Yan was away, then it was harder. She had to keep herself occupied or she'd slip into older habits easily. Especially without Daji around.
"Also, I've not been through a portal. I think the Nine Tailed Fox's family should be in one of 'em. It'll be interesting to see my clan again."

“I think Daji mentioned that when we were playing with King Kai,” Yan note, touching his chin as he tried to remember the exact context. “Interesting good, or interesting dangerous?”

"Both," she offered. "They took offense to the reincarnated version of their old leader." She walked over to a book case and then tossed him a book from it. The memory was from when she had to stuff demons back into their portals back to Hell. "Most of my brethren are demonic beings and they don't appreciate me being nicer than they are. Nor that such a youngster would be their leader."

Yan caught the book with ease and looked it over. “Seems like they just need one good show of strength,” he said cheerfully. He knew Hayami’s powers well, and he doubted anyone else in the clan could truly compete. Rebellion of that nature was usually just ill informed, mangled in doubt and disbelief until the facts were shoved in their faces.

"I could show them strength, but I didn't have the time then. Though you'd think me personally shutting their portals down shoulda been a clue," she muttered, before she looked back at. "Hell, it might also be the fact that they're jealous, being stuck in Hell while I can move around freely. Well, more freely than them." After all, she could move around dimensions at her leisure.

“In situations like that, clues aren’t enough. People need clear cut answers, or they won’t look at the truth,” he offered with a small shrug. “But they might be jealous~”
Looking through the pages he smiles again however and looked back to her, “What’s the good interesting part of it?”

"I met a young lad of 'em that took my side. That was a few years ago, however. I hope he still remembers me," she said, moving the pages to show a young looking, white haired little fox boy. He had black tipped ears and a black tipped tail. "He argued against their stupidity at rejecting me. I can only hope he remembers me. Also, maybe I can play host to a few in Daji's and my home. Show 'em our life."

“I’d say your life is probably better than Hell, but honestly, Empire City has really stepped up its game,” Yan said thoughtfully. Hell was a place for the damned, but Lucifer’s Empire was home to demons, and the emperor of Hell did not do things half assed. The monkey’s last trips there reminded him of the things he missed, and he could almost compare it to Damaskia’s Central City. “Well, I suppose its still horrible to the less privileged.”
Yan: VR Octagon, Combat Rune, Baba's Crystal Ball [3/4]
Hayami: Octagon, Combat Rune, Champ III (+80%)
